My first appointment with Empire was great. They actively listened to what I was saying and my concerns, and they were able to accommodate and work out an appropriate medication. I was worried after changing insurance carriers it would take me a long time to find a new psychiatrist, but I got an appointment in a few days. Along with medication, they also provided me resources for meditation and other mental health support, which I loved. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who prefers virtual appointments!

I was pleased with the staff at Empire Psychiatry. They were pleasant to work with and the you can tell their medical establishment is there to provide the best medical care for people who need help (I have PTSD) Effective, and professional, I am grateful I found them. Plus, its no too far from where we walk our dogs - just a quick zip off of Banker Street, so coming here is def convenient for us

I came here on a super high dose of one medication that wasn't helping me, but my current doctor didn't know what else to do and suggested I come here. I don't know what kind of medication magic was done by my provider at Empire Psychiatry, but my regimen was changed and tweaked and I literally feel like a new person. Before, I was walking around shaking with anxiety all day from the moment I woke up and now I am worlds better. The plan was explained to me as to what was being prescribed and my questions answered.
