Staff and atmosphere is the best and caring. They will do everything to work with you and give you help/assistance if you need referrals to other services. I really recommend this place for mental health and substance use IOP.

Guardian is a n amazing place that takes care of your loved one during their recovery. The staff is very welcoming understanding and warm. They also involve the families of your loved one who is under care. The counselors and social workers are great with working with family and supporting the family as well. Therapists and group facilitators were amazing. Super helpful and made you want to keep coming back. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to seek help but doesnt want to go to a full time residential rehab. Keep it up guardian.

I inquired about their IOP for mental health. One person said I would qualify although I am not an alcoholic. One said I did not. Just because I called back to ask if there was any flexibility in the days of their program, the first person I spoke to accused me of not making it a priority. What kind if mental health place insults someone who is concerned about IOP interfering with their work schedule? I've only been at my current job for 8 months so it was a reasonable concern. I can't afford to lose the job, or paycut for a number of reasons including the fact it has the best working environment for mental health that I ever experienced. Based on this exchange I'm glad they didn't accept me. They probably lack empathy in their program as well. No other programs gave me this type of response when I asked if there was any flexibility.

This place really helped me continue my sobriety journey after rehab. The staff and counselor were great and very knowledgeable in addiction and recovery. Plus I can’t leave out that there was food delivered everyday and they Uber me to and fro. Never have I been in an iop that provided food and transportation. The other clients were like family to me and the atmosphere felt very secure and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone struggling to get and stay clean.

I was informed during my initial call/intake that I would have no out of pocket costs. Unfortunately, I’ve now received bills from Guaridan totaling close to $2000.

The ~$2,000 is for the 4-6 weeks I attended IOP and there are probably more on the way. This is on top of the exorbitant amount my insurance has already been charged.

I certainly would not have attended Guardian IOP had I known about the cost. I wish they had been honest and forthcoming about this and other matters, but it seems they will tell you anything to get you enrolled. Ive reached out to them to discuss options but have not received any response.
