Finding Therapy For Black Men has been one of the highlights of my adult life. Being young black & from the inner city in this country has a ton of subconscious side effects that most people aren’t provided the tools to take on efficiently. I know I wasn’t, needless to say after finding a Therapist through TFBM I feel seen & better prepped to tackle anything that comes my way going forward. At full scale It’s helped improved my quality of life as well as my long term & short term relationships I hold dear. I’m thankful for this safe space. If you’re thinking about trying it out, just do it. You’ll thank yourself later.

Pre and during the pandemic i was in search of a good therapist. I tried through my Kaiser insurance and was pretty disappointed. I also tried betterhelp and that felt like I was dealing with the public defenders of therapy. Honestly, i was tired of doing these initial sessions with people that didn’t seem qualified or trained to do be high level therapist.

After having a conversation with one of my friends/life coaches he referred me to Dr. Vladimire! She was nothing short of sensational. She was effective and impactful from the first session.

I was dealing with grief, marital issues and self abandonment. After speaking with Dr. V i felt some of the immediate burdens lifted from my shoulder. She is motivating, supportive and she also keeps you accountable. She doesn’t just seem like a therapist that works with black men, she is a therapist that invests in black men, connects with the reality of black men and that is rare. She is one of one!
