I'm a little late on this, but I just wanted to express how thankful I am to have found this place. Even though I just started with New Way Healthcare, the positive effects it is having on my life are amazing. I'm sleeping better, in a better mood, losing more weight, and I'm sure there are more benefits to come.

From the minute you walk in the door, you know you're in the right place. The front staff, Vera and Maddy, are incredibly nice and make you feel right at home. I mean, have you ever been offered ice-cold water and/or coffee at a doctor's office? I haven't until now.

Dr. Smith has been incredibly attentive and actually listens to my problems. This, to me, is a game-changer in itself because not only do we get down to the root causes of my issues, but she also helps solve them as well.

Needless to say, New Way Healthcare is where I'll be going for years to come.

I was recommended to A New Way last year, as I am chronically ill and have been for 2 1/2 years. I do not have a diagnosis yet, but after years of getting dismissed by over 65 different doctors, I feel seen and heard and feel as if I am working towards proper treatment and overall better health. Everyone is so nice and kind and my doctor takes me seriously and recommends vitamins and other supplements before even suggesting harsh medications. Very pleased with my decision to start going here 🙂

So far my interaction with Meg and the staff at A New Way has been nothing but excellent. When my doctor is texting/emailing me test results same day; when the staff/my doctor is checking on me to make sure I’ve scheduled my appointment with the cardiologist and when it’s a little too far out they swoop in and get the appointment changed to two days later instead of a week later; when my doctor is following up on me and me not having to follow up to get information? Yeah it’s A New Way alright - the way it should be!! I’m extremely pleased with the care and attention given. Even the cost is more than reasonable for the service provided. And being self pay that’s a huge deal. Very thankful to have been recommended to Meg and her staff and very thankful for her spot on medical care and knowledge. Highly recommend!

The entire team go above & beyond. The girls that work the front are wonderful as well. No more 10 minute doctors appts. They actually go through your records with you in front of them and go over everything in detail. This type of healthcare should have started long ago.

A New Way Healthcare is wonderful!! Dr. Meg is the best!!! I have been a patient of Meg’s for many years now. Dr. Meg is the most caring & compassionate doctor ever. She listens, is attentive & she is always available (text, emails, appointments). Several years back she was a very significant role in helping save my life. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Meg! All of the staff at A New Way Healthcare are exceptional. They always send reminders for appointments, blood work/labs (which they provide at the office) & are very friendly during visits. Dr. Meg & her staff go above and beyond to make sure each patient receive excellent healthcare!!

Meg is the BEST practitioner my husband and I have ever worked with. Found this practice through a referral from a friend after complaining about how I felt like our other primary care wasn't actually *listening*. A few appointments with Meg and we finally had some answers (and solutions!) to my husband's medical issues. As for me, after years of questioning my fatigue and heart palpitations and getting pushed around to various "specialists", Meg is the ONLY practitioner who checked my vitamin levels. 3 months later no heart palpitations and I'm finally back to jogging the beaches! Our daughters will absolutely be future patients when they're older. I can't recommend this place enough!
