Girl Power Station is such a comfortable, motivating workout environment! They have fantastic fitness instructors and staff who do a wonderful job making you feel welcome. The gym is super clean and the equipment is very nice. Another thing that is incredibly beneficial to me is they offer childcare. While my little one is in there they do all sorts of fun projects. She enjoys going just as much as I do! Thanks GPS.

GPS is such an amazing place! The classes are so unique. Aerial, fight like a girl, and Pound are so much fun, and I always feel strong and accomplished after Barre, uplift and spin. The instructors are so sweet and encouraging and super knowledgeable. I have never had a better yoga or Pilates instructor as I have here. It is just a comfortable and positive environment where everyone knows your name and genuinely cares about you. I love that they promote not just getting in shape but total mind and body wellness. I look forward to getting up and coming here everyday. Not to mention their childcare is awesome and my kids love coming with me! I am so thankful to have found this place. It is definitely a gem!

Girl Power Station (GPS) is such a great gym.

This an amazing gym. I have found my home away from home with this women's wellness center. The classes are amazing, the instructors are friendly, you will want to come back!! The equipment is clean and new 🙌🏼🙌🏼 And they have daycare your kids while you workout 😁

I joined Girl Power Station (GPS) back in June ,thanks to a friend who encouraged me to try it out . I was always very intimidated by class fitness until GPS. The instructors are kind and helpful, and facilitate a fun atmosphere for working out . I've made new friends who keep me accountable and consistent . I always look forward to the weekly theme that helps with overall wellness of mind and body . GPS has truly changed the way I feel about myself and fitness . It's true what they say at GPS , they are not just a gym , but a wellness destination 😍. I feel so fortunate to be a part of this awesome organization!

This place is my favorite. GPS offers many different types of classes in a clean and friendly environment. The owner and instructors care to learn your name and give a judgement-free individualized experience. The child care is superb and the ladies always calm my little one. I hate gyms and working out but I get excited to come here every day.

Charlene here!! Recently I decided that the older I get, the more I need fitness in my life. So with my friend Carla invited me to GPS, I felt like it was gonna be a perfect fit for me. It seemed like a community I could lean into and finally be successful. GPS has gone way beyond my expectations, and I look forward to going to the gym every day! My 3 y/o son loves the cub care And I love all of the instructors and all the classes I’ve taken so far. It truly is a no pressure zone, a family of women, and a wonderful place to get healthy!

I have never enjoyed going to the gym... until I found this place. Girl Power Station is a beautiful facility. They have a class for every interest, they have yoga, Zumba, barre, Pilates, spin, aerial, kickboxing, weightlifting, even pound! (I'm sure I'm forgetting some) I've lost weight and never felt better about myself. I did one class and immediately signed up afterwards. I've been going for about five months now. The instructors, staff and women who go there are all incredibly nice and warm. I leave feeling refreshed and energized. They also offer childcare which is huge for me. I absolutely love this place. Terri (whom I adore!) gives us a theme for the week that helps me set a good intention for the week. I can't say enough wonderful things.
