Appointments few and far in between, I can’t recommend. I try to do my intake. Wasn’t aware that an intake takes 45 minutes.

They had to cancel on me. Now I probably have to wait another few months for another intake, no thank you.

Mainly went because I heard great things about a specific doctor with this wait time no help is greater than their help.

Marina Litvinova, the beacon of St. Mark’s Place,
Since 2007, she’s held her grace.
A therapist, a guide, a light so bright,
For all who seek solace in the night.

Gay, bisexual, heterosexual, queer,
She welcomes all with open arms, no fear.
In her presence, burdens lift, spirits soar,
She’s God’s chosen, forevermore.

Homosexuality, no sin to bear,
In Marina’s care, love is fair.
Cast away the judgment, deep in the sea,
With no fishing allowed, all are free.

Signed with love, Agape ErotiX,
Nimis, we thank the Father in Heaven,
For Marina’s gift, a blessing given.
Father of Forgiveness, we praise,
For the light she brings to our days.

January 6, 2025, in NYC,
Marina Litvinova, a true legacy.

If you want a doctor that is available and caring - this is the place. All the clinicians are exceptional and empathetic.

This doctor office is the worst one I've ever been to in my entire life. They are completely unresponsive. The receptionist staff is unprofessional and never forwards messages to the doctor. It's impossible to get prescriptions refilled. There's only one MD and one nurse. How is that helpful in New York City? Dirty office, unhelpful staff, unresponsive message service. Useless.

Had a difficult experience: a friend needed support after being seen by one of the therapists. The professional in question invalidated her experiences, did not believe in science, questioned her covid-related anxiety (friend is vulnerable to infection, something the therapist dismissed entirely), suggested Goop-level of "self care", masquerading as mental health. My friend missed *one* appointment, with notice, and received pages-long emails for DAYS after, a total stream of consciousness from a therapist that took every decision made personally and self-victimised. I ended up suggesting she ends the relationship, which the therapist took worse than a breakup. It was unprofessional and damaging from day 1. Do a better job at screening your practitioners, Unitas. Front desk staff was lovely though

I have never been treated this well in a clinic in my life!!! There's usually always one jerk. There are none here. I was treated with respect and I actually cried with happiness when I left. As someone with an addiction history I am always treated as "less than" by most doctors because of that. Dr. Pabis made me feel like I mattered. We need more doctors like him. The staff are also very sweet as well. We need more clinics like this in the world. Unitas, thank you, you make me feel like I've found a home!

I Olga Abreu perez like to go to the clinic. Because these people that 🙄work there are every kind and polite. And even though I haven't been there for at least two years 😳 I still think that the staff members who work there are wonderful people to be around with. But my favorite Doctor
was Dr kybakov who my mental therapist Doctor who is sweet and respectful to me. And understood my personal problems that I had concerning my mental state that I had and still have. And I'm planning to go back to the clinic 😩 to have this Doctor kybakov who a wonderful Dr to have so I give him 100 stars
