I always enjoy going here. They are efficient throughout the whole process. From the eye exam to helping you with your new glasses. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the coverage you get from your insurance. They listen to you when you explain what you want, like the type of glass or even the color you want. You never feel rushed and they really make sure that you are comfortable and understand the whole process of what and why the insurance covers things and even how long it will take to get the glasses back. I really love going here.

Excellent service, however, after verifying I was in network (UHC), and paying a co-payment ($44) up front, I was billed five months later for another ($49) for a simple eye exam. So verification of benefits was not properly estimated by the office before I was seen. Had I known an eye exam would cost me $89 out of pocket WITH insurance, I would not have used them. Can't trust the services they provide you are actually covered! Never had this issue at other vision centers.

Even though I had not visited any of their stores/offices since 2017, the folks at not one but three of our local Clarkson Eye Care centers managed to get me in today to ensure I didn’t have a detached retina. This was my first visit at Clarkson eyecare. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous, the wait time was not long, but what impressed me the most was when the doctor said he read over my notes from my previous eye doctor and found that I had a condition in my eye that was not informed to me by my previous eye doctor.
