Miranda my PT, helps me understand and how to do my exercises, and she listens, and it helps me a lot with my back pain.She is knowledgeable .gave a copy and instructions to bring home too, the front people are very nice. My therapist Miranda takes the time to explain the excercises for me. I'm a visual learner and I don't feel so anxious coming here.
The whole staff is very courteous as well.

Through the years, I have needed the use of physical therapy due to surgeries or injuries. I have used Select multiple times and they have always been wonderful however my therapist currently Miranda is wonderful.. takes the time to explain what each exercise is doing, his is helpful. Lots of education.

The therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained in detail what I would be doing and how it affected the areas that I had concerns about. I was comfortable and relaxed. I have had to go to physical therapy several times because of back/hip issues over the past few years. Select is the best place I've been! The staff is amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. They have me doing low impact exercises in a pool . This was something new, hadn't done it before. My hips are finally starting to feel a bit better! Still working on the rest , but I feel, compared to other places, what they are having me do, is exactly what my body needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Select Physical Therapy in a heart beat.
