Laura has changed my life. She is the best Dr I have ever had! She actually listens, pays attention and makes you feel safe. The whole staff are fantastic! I'm so lucky to have found this place for my health-care. Thank you all!

Going to start by saying two providers, all the PT staff, and both schedulers are phenomenal. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Now will follow with what everyone else for the past year and more has been saying for reviews. The front desk staff, office manager and two medical assistants are horrendous. As the other reviews state they are rude, ignore requests, and have no accountability. The office manager went as far as to call a 68 year old a liar. When asked for help after reaching out to the office by phone and in person for over a month, was told there is nothing documented in your charts and the staff said “you were never in here in the office” even though there is record of PT visits. Of course there would be no record when the front desk staff never put any of the conversations whether by phone or in person in the notes. This is not just my word but all of the other reviews state same thing. Also policy dictates a follow up phone call after 3 business days. Still waiting for follow up calls placed mid and late December for finding a lump in breast. If staff don’t care about ruling out cancer follows up, they don’t care about anything. Myself and 3 of the neighbors that visit this office have same issue and all have been voiced with no response.

, Ive been coming to this place for 5 years. Their billing and appt. Staff is
Below average. I consantly get text messages stating I owe money when I already paid for the appt. The minute I paid for the appt 2 weeks prior for another appt was never made ( I have an emergency contact listed which could've been called). I never bothered this doctor. I always just kept quiet because that's just the person I am. I am a yes person to make things easier for other people. I really started suffering. I really could not manage my life. I was feeling depressed and drinking a lot.. My medications had been ineffective for a long time and symptoms were coming back. The one time I ask for help, I was admonished for not seeking an expensive treatment which doesn not in fact treat BPD and ADD. This facility should be a place I should be able to get mental health treatment. Not just a Suboxone doctor. Very disappointed. UPDATE: Janurary. For 2 appts. Dr Ellis has been replaced with no explanation. Idk who this new, 'Dr.' is which is besides the point of what I'm about to explain. Found out his name is Gregg. As I'm sitting in the room he arrives. He sits down and asks me, " how am I doing,", which is the same dialogue Im asked everytime I come to an appt. It's never, " how can I help you", " are you feeling any symptoms of depression, suicidal, etc". Nothing. It's always, " how are you doing", which is a vague question. So, I replied, " I'm fine", As he keyboards the prescription he small talks about the weather so I get up from my seat and and agree " yes, it is cold",so he decides to tell me how to dress. "This weather isnt for shorts", which I am wearing. He decides to tell me this as I'm walking out of the room. Let alone, I had been at work. I haven't had the money to shop for cold weather attire, as if I would even have the motivation to. I have issues trying to get out of bed in the morning so I just grab whatever I can find to get ready for work..
Whether it's clean or not because I don't have the motivation to wash my clothes. I already feel worthless so when that comment was made to me it made me think of just how fat I probably looked in those shorts. " I can't even dress right. Why is this doctor looking at me. He must think I'm disgusting. I wonder what everyone else thinks about me and what I'm wearing. Why would someone say that to me. Maybe he was trying to tell me that I looked inappropriate with what I was wearing.

Why I am no longer seeking care here:
- Arriving on time for scheduled appointments, only to find out they had been cancelled without any notice. This happened more than once.
- Prescriptions taking over a week to get refilled. This also happened more than once.
- Blood labs needed to be repeated because the clinician told me I could eat beforehand when in fact I could not. They expected me to pay for this.
- The clinician prescribed me a controlled substance, and then told me the clinic charges double for patients on controlled substances. No thanks.
- Front desk repeatedly forgot to send me home with important paperwork like referrals, prescriptions, test results, etc.
- Clinician refusing to prescribe me common, non-narcotic medications that I have been on for years unless I see expensive specialists.
- In 3 years I never once saw an actual MD. I'm not sure they even have one in the building.

If I could give my therapist 5 stars l would, hes a gem but the office is different. The office needs to be held accountable for their actions just like if i miss an appointment im responsible. Let me start by saying I have only had a few sessions. I called asked if they accepted my insurance they said yes ( very common insurance) but i had to drop off id, insurance and paperwork before I could schedule my first appt. No problem I dropped it and she said we’ll call you to schedule. They call I scheduled appt. On my 1st appt he says that’s weird there’s no paperwork on you lol but no worries, we continued our session. 3rd session he says the office reached out to him ( we have late sessions so the office is closed) because there’s no insurance on file. Mind you, part of 3rd session was about me budgeting money better. Now I receive a bill because i am on self pay and the office does not accept my office. I was unaware of this. Of course the office does not handle billing so she transferred me to billing and she explains i can not make payments, must pay full balance before next appt. Also i am n self pay. Wait!?what!?
I do not understand how the office is not responsible for letting the patient know how much they are responsible for paying.Especially self pay. I will not mention any office names because I know how it could affect people’s day.
I do not want a unsympathetic response on this thread. We all know its the office responding. If its not the therapist reaching out do not bother. Its amazing how they have time to respond to people on here but are not responsible for informing patients of their financial obligation. Hmm

IN RESPONSE TO OFFICE RESPONSE… no confusion. When making a appointment the first few things you discuss is name and insurance. You said you accept it. Its time for people to take accountability especially when you work at a wellness center. Looking to deflect and tell patients certain situations never happen like telling me you accept my insurance. Its amazing you can fit responding to people on here but unable to tell patients their obligations. Smh Good day

I was a new patient at this establishment and will never return again!!! Their Office manager Angie is the sole reason why I will never return. The way she talked to me on the phone for a for a prescription refill that they messed up several times. Angie was so unprofessional and clearly lacked emotional intelligence. She scoffed at me for asking very simple questions. She had the nerve to tell me I would be fine without my medication for five days . I’m sorry but you are not a doctor and should NOT be giving medical advice to any patient!!!!!!!!!! And then hung up the phone on me … These doctors have no clue how she talks to people! I will gladly take my business somewhere else and be calling the better Business Bureau. She refused to let me talk to any doctors or the PA that I had a visit with. Do BETTER!!!! Please read the reviews before going to this establishment.

Worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life.

I moved to Florida in 2023 and was looking for a new primary care provider and found this place on my health insurance's website. My doctor was really nice and helped me a lot, but her assistant, as well as the prescription refill specialist have been awful every single time I've spoken with them. They are so rude and act like I'm annoying every time I call for a refill, which I have to do each month because they only give me one month at a time.

The assistant, as well as the prescription refill specialists have both messed up my prescription multiple times, which has been the most frustrating part. I will get to the pharmacy late at night after work and the pharmacist will tell me a completely different medicine that I wasn't prescribed earlier and would give me bad side effects if I took it. Be careful of this - you don't want to end up like me getting the wrong meds multiple times!

I called the prescription refill specialist the next day to try to get my regular medicine that l'd been taking for 8+ years and she laughed at me multiple times throughout the call and made me feel stupid, even though she was the one who prescribed me the wrong meds? Very very strange.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I literally get scared to call and make appointments or request refills because the ladies to work here are rude and overall terrifying people to work with.
