Merrill Surgical Supplies is beyond top of the charts as to customer service and quality! Leo and his team are the best - they are dedicated to the customer, providing honest and reliable advice, and making the whole customer experience “smooth sailing”. I ordered a hospital bed for my father and it was delivered that afternoon, with Ray taking apart the old bed, placing it outside, and expertly assembling the new hospital bed. The customer service goes beyond the delivery, as Leo and his team are available for questions and assistance. They provide the same top notch customer service after the purchase - a characteristic that is rare to find these days. Leo is very personable - he makes you feel like he has known you for years. Merrick surgical supplies was such a great store in every way.
Leo who was very eager to help, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced was a true pleasure. He made the entire visit so positive and uplifting I didn’t want to leave. I met today with Leo about a Bariatric Bed for my son. Leo spent a lot of time with me discuss ing all the options of getting the right Bed. He is a Wealth of Knowledge and gave me a lot to think about before i actually order a bed to make sure I am getting exactly what my son needs. I thought when I walked in I was going to write a check and order the bed; but he told me to go home and think about my options. Local, local, local, yes did I say local... This place is, and they have everything you need right there. All the right devices to help you in your time of need.
And best of all you'll see it, touch it, try it. Not like online!
See Dane he is a real pleasure, nice, no pressure, patient, knowledgeable, and kind salesman. He took his time with my 88y/o mother sizing and trying several items, very helpful and a nice to deal with at a "local" place to support at the same time!

2025 Update:

We were so pleased we purchased another chair in late 2024. When we had a problem recently, we had help the same day and Leo and Andra went out of their way to get it fixed properly the same day. We couldn't be more pleased by their service and their products.

We needed a lift chair to help a family member with a broken back immediately. I went into the store at 2 pm. Andra and Leo were so very helpful. The chair was in our home by 7 pm. The gentlemen who delivered the chair were terrific professionals who were so helpful in explaining everything. I cannot recommend the entire team more highly.
