I inquire for a hospital bed for my dad and I did not expect that I will receive a call within the day, but they did and make sure that we have the hospital bed the next business day for my father discharge. Very on time for delivery appointments. Will surely recommend! Great work!

Relocated my 90+ y.o. folks to a local assisted living facility and needed hospital bed pronto. Carla was super helpful and made sure the beds arrived and were setup in time for their arrival. Have dealt with other associates at Jay HME and have always been pleased with the help and responsiveness they provide. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

My mom gets her concentrater from here. Her main unit went out over this weekend and she’s on it 24 hrs a day. I left several messages and I called my moms on call doctors office to see if they could assist me but all they could do was leave a message too. We went through all her tanks and I was afraid that her oxygen levels would send her to the hospital. They need to have an emergency number in case situations like this happens, especially for people on oxygen. I am very disappointed in this company and will be changing companies, I just can’t risk my moms life because they don’t have an emergency number! I got a call from the owner and he very apologetic about what happened and told me the process of calling the company when I have a problem with the concentrator. I will be staying with the company.
