Amazing team all the way around, from check in, to our nurses, to the doctors, even with having computer difficulties!! We were on vacation over 300 miles from home and my baby got an ear infection. We were in and out in less than 50 minutes max!! It literally took me longer to fill out new patient paperwork than to get sent back, seen, diagnosed, and given our rx. Staff was so friendly especially our nurse Lori who gave us some fun things to do while on our stay!! Our baby was back to feeling better and getting to enjoy vacation!

My family and I were from out of town for vacation, and brought my son in for upper respiratory symptoms and overall fatigue. The staff and nurses were very nice and good at what they do. They tested and treated my baby quickly and didn’t leave us waiting for results or answers. Honestly the best emergency room I’ve ever been in. Wish we had this in our hometown. It’s also a plus that they have Jesus/cross hanging over all the doors you walk through. ❤️

Honestly one of the best er experiences I have ever had. I was in and out with my infant daughter in about 30-45 mins. The doctor and nurse really helped ease my anxiety in her being sick. Will definitely come back here in any of our future er needs.

I didn't know good medical care existed until our experience tonight in the Studer Children's ER in Navarre. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. They made me feel welcome, safe, and that my little boys needs would be taken care of. I was never spoken down too. They acknowledged I was a seasoned mother and I knew my stuff when it came to infant care and illness. I never experienced care like this back home in Mississippi. Highly recommend if you need an ER for your little one to go in!

After the experience with Dr. Scileppi on Friday in the Pediatric ER....I'd highly recommend making the drive to the Pensacola location. I hope we are never in a position where we have to go back here in fear of getting someone so neglectful to obvious signs of a problem. He wrote everything off and made it seem like we were making the symptoms up. Thankfully we found an answer elsewhere, and our 6 month old daughter is now okay.

I'm only giving 2 stars because the doctor we had a month ago was very diligent, the woman who ran the CT was so great, and the experience then was good.

We had to go to the ER after a car accident last night and our time there was overall great. The front desk lady was the only downside to our visit here who verbalized her displeasure in 3 people checking in at one time. After that Paul checked us in and him and Leslie tag teamed getting our vitals and asking us questions. Our doc was Dr. V who was thorough and kind. Our radiology technician was awesome especially with our 5 year old. We were there for 4ish hours but all the staff checked up on us and communicated any delays. I want to thank the team for taking care of us and getting us what we needed especially on a Friday night.
