We received really good service my autistic son with diabetes was mellow and the staff was nice and friendly. Even though we was there awhile my son only asked one time, but no hurry. The doctor was very thorough with explaining his knot under his skin and what the options going forward. Even printed off instructions on the what-if insurance does not pay then you can get this and it will work not too expensive. I then informed her about him being pre-diabetic just one dose more and he will be on insulin. I went on telling her about his feet callousing and rough, dry looking she listened and got us the information to go to someone they trust to do his feet. She also gave me a name of some cream Urea on amazon I know it works because I used it before on my feet because it was rough that you could start a fire it was so dry. Diabetes is no joke.

I was taken care of here when I had my motorcycle accident a few years ago and they did a wonderful job. My wife recently had surgery here and it was also a good experience.

Dr. Derek Flack saw my 45 year old daughter today. She had a systemic stroke 4 months ago and has a long road to recovery. This was the best doctor visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Flack was not in a hurry, spent at least 30 minutes with us explaining everything and asking us for any questions. I could not have been pleased more, and very happy to have him as our doctor!

If I could give zero stars I would. Will never be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Karen was rude and unprofessional any time that I was forced to make an appt with her, as she seems to be the only one in office who always had openings, and I see why. She failed to read up on any of my medical history and was unprepared for our appointment. Had no idea what she was doing, kept leaving the room to “ask the doctor”, and ended up just canceling my appointment and forcing me to leave the office.
Entire office is unprofessional and doesn’t seem very sanitary from my experience. I only saw my PCP twice, then was only ever seen by various APRNs because actual doctors are always booked months out. Some of the APRNs over the years were fantastic but they all unfortunately left this practice, and I can see why.
I once waited over an hour and never even got called back for an appt the ER scheduled with my PCP as a mandatory follow-up. I asked what was taking so long and front desk had to reschedule me for another day (they forgot me despite having checked me in and charging my copay).

Would not go here if you’re having a baby!!! The obgyn here are beyond unprofessional! Not only have that acted uneducated in telling my sister not to stand in front of the microwave while pregnant….she has not had an ultrasound in TWELVE weeks because they have repeatedly “forgot” to put it in for an ultrasound. She will now not have a chance for an ultrasound until she is 35 weeks! This is so concerning as she is a first time mother. She doesn’t yet know if her daughter is in the correct position or too big or anything because everyone just “forgot” to do their job. I am not one to leave reviews like this but good lord an ultrasound takes a few minutes and a few seconds to write in a chart and it’s literally their job! Absolutely shameful!

On 4/23/24-4/24/24 My husband got picked up from a different hospital and brought to this location. He had random seizures for no reason on a normal day and literally stopped breathing before the ambulance got there. He survived, but they moved us to this location to figure out the cause of these horrible issues.
All of the late night care nurses and the help desk were amazing people, listened to me cry, my fears, helped me lay down in the room to be with my husband.
Everything went down hill when the “ real doctor “ came in that morning between 9am-11am I have 2 names on my sheet here Chelsea Allen DO and Constance Vasiliki Katsafanas DO, I am not sure which one is the real doctor because I don’t remember her name, but she was tall, heavy set, and older than the other lady. She was very stern and didn’t listen to my cries, I expressed my concerns about how uncomfortable I was to leave when no one found out the reason my husband had seizures when he has never EVER had them before, she shrugged her shoulders and said we have done all we can there are no other test, good luck and always remember to take your seizure meds.
That was it. We were upset but we just chalked it up to we were emotional the seizure medication will solve our problem.
My husband finally gets an appointment today 5/6/24 with his primary care for the dramatic seizures the almost took my husbands from… his new doctor reads the report and that HORRIBLE HORRIBKE WOMAN FROM UF HEALTH put on his paperwork that his seizures were caused by ALCOHOL!! My husband doesn’t drink and hasn’t drank in over 5 years due to health problems and not wanting alcohol in the first place. UF did NOT blood work for alcohol, I NEVER EVER told them he drank, NO ONE ever asked me if alcohol was involved, that was never in the question ever and this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE REPULSIVE DOCTOR put on my husbands report that his seizures were alcohol induced AND he was drinking at the time of the seizure.
I had to hold my husband in my arms while he seized on the floor infront of our children while we were enjoying family time with my mother.
I hope this doctor, whichever one it was that I named loses her license and I will be looking into legal action.

Absolutely the worst place. I waited 2.5 hours, despite me scheduling an appointment two months in advance to be seen. I'm 20 weeks pregnant, unfortunately this was my first Dr's appointment since nothing else was available. They failed to mention that I wouldn't even see a doctor and that it was a nurse visit. When I obviously complained about this, they said they were "sorry and they've been telling the front desk to let people know but they will tell them again" Extremely frustrating. I asked what if my baby had already passed away at this rate since they of course didn't do an ultrasound either, they didn't have much answers to that question. Thankfully that's not my case but women definitley go through that. The only good thing i have to say is that the medical assistant and nurse were extremely nice and professional.

I don’t even want to give this hospital 1 Star. This is the slowest & unprofessional hospital ever. I hate I had to give birth here, there was no urgency what’s so ever . Nasty dirty rooms & bathroom just disgusting! Even in an emergency situation, they still showed now urgency!! Fast forward, They called me a week after my child was born and says she needs a retest for a newborn screening. I called back and no one can tell me anything ...what test or what screening needs to be redone Nobody knows anything.... Imagine the stress and anxiety as a new parent. I will never ever bring myself or my children to this place it is the absolute worst!!!!!!
