White Wilson has gone a little down hill. I personally really like my nurse practitioner Brittany but sheās the only reason I continue to come here.
They sent me someone elseās urinalysis results and when I called to tell them I never did a urinalysis they tried to tell me that I did. They finally figured out their mistake but they still charged me for it. I had to call 3 times over the course of a month to get the bill finally removed. I also havenāt had the best of luck with getting seen on time the last few visits. Not sure what the change has been over the last few months but itās definitely noticeable.

If you are a self pay patient, avoid this facility. That was my conclusion after a visit here. But I was also told this by a staff member, after my appointment, while discussing my bill. I was quoted $150 for the appointment. Charged $238 before I even filled out paperwork. And then billed a day later for an additional $192 with zero explanation as to why. The EOB on the portal was extremely vague. I do coding and billing for a medical office and the EOB seemed off. The appointment was for my 3 month old daughter, just getting her established with a new pediatrician as we no longer would be going on base for care. It was a very basic appointment, got her vitals and measurements, mainly discussed her weight. I was not only disappointed with the billing department but also with the doctor. I felt very rushed through my appointment especially after the topic of vaccines, as I was not getting them for my daughter. Their vaccine policy is very much ātheir way or the highway.ā I saw that Dr. Parm is a DO, so I had higher hopes in discussing vaccines further. But corporations have their own rules on vaccine schedules and delaying, but to their time line, not the parents.
The staff member told me that she would forward my concerns to a supervisor who would give me a call. It has been 3 weeks, and to no surprise I have not received a call. I plan to call back but wanted to give this facility a chance to make things right.

Insurance fraud galore! (I do medical coding and billing as my job.) This office likes to add extra 20-30 min office visit codes to make your bill higher and that my friends is what we call insurance fraud. Example: I had a 2 minute long phone appointment. Tell me why they billed for the appointment and an additional 20 min. The ONLY reason I didnāt report it as fraud to my insurance, is because I actually like my provider and she would be the one to get penalized by the insurance company. Thatās not fair to HER as she is not the one doing the billing. So, that said, if you and/or your insurance company like paying for things that DID NOT HAPPEN⦠go here! They love adding on fees for services that never took place and I have black and white proof that they do that. - 4 different appointments. They added extra fees for time (yes Dr offices bill for time) that WAS NOT used at my appointments. 3 of those appointments were phone appointments and my phone bill doesnāt lie. - if I could give zero stars I would. Their billing practices are atrocious and I will be changing providers/offices as a result.
Edit to add I found yet ANOTHER appointment they over charged for. This time I was on the phone for 11 min and they billed for an additional 40 minutes on top of that. (The first 20 min of any appointment is covered. Last time I checked 11 was less than 20. The math isnāt mathing here.)
Edit to add again: they have now charged me AND my insurance for a phone appointment that never happened at all. Not only did they charge for the appointment but they charged for extra time⦠Yet AGAIN. You canāt bill insurance for appointments that never happened much less extra time at the appointment. Thatās not how it works. You can charge the patient a missed appointment fee, but you can not charge the insurance. See my proof of said charges and missed call below. They charged my insurance $160 for a 30 second voicemail left by a third party company contracted to make the monthly calls. I never returned the call. - keep in mind it was billed AFTER I brought the other discrepancies of extra time being added to the attention of the office manager who refunded all of my copays related to ChartSpan. Even ones they didnāt charge extra time on which I did not ask for. The total was less than $100. š¤·āāļø Oh and after telling them to stop committing insurance fraud, I was informed Iām no longer a patient there and Iāll be trespassed if I return! Hopefully they mail all the records I requested when they mail me my dismissal letter. I will update if/when I get it and if records are included. š side note: I was perfectly fine paying my $10-11 copay every month⦠I have zero issue paying for services I have actually received but I refuse to pay for someoneās time that I did not use and I can prove I did not use! White Wilson shouldnāt have been greedy!

Everyone here has always been helpful and pleasant. The doctors actually listen to me. Calling in for an appointment can take a while, but it's worth it to me.

White Wilson used to be decent until their best Dr had to quit. He left this place for the same reasons they are getting all the terrible ratings. This place sends you bills that they never told you about. Appointments are hard to get. Its impossible to get a nurse to respond to an e-mail. I try not to blow up their phones and voicemail because I know they are busy, but then I go a week waiting for a response to a medical question or referral request. After 24 years in the Military, I thought the medical care was bad....but this place is worse. Currently looking elsewhere for a new practice.

Worst clinic I have ever been to!
My physician quits, leaving a pa and nurses to attend to us clients. So many mistakes and unprofessionals were under my care. First mistake, they forgot to send in my culture and I ended up having to go to the ER several times to be treated because of this mistake. Second mistake, I received a referral to oncology for radiation treatment during Easter break. Absolutely ruined our Easter break. We were all mortified thinking I had a cancer diagnosis and no one had told us. When they opened back up we went inside and we were told it was a MISTAKE. I have many more I can list but will save you the read. Well to put icing on the cake, they send me a letter of dismissal stating this clinic and their staff would no longer care for me because of āunacceptable behavior.ā I am not the only one they have done this too. Read the reviews. I sent in a certified letter requesting an answer but all they said was they would address my concerns at the next meeting. They still have yet to tell me when, where, and how did I displayed āunacceptable behavior.ā

My son went for an appointment at the White Wilson in Navarre on January 29th! The appointment was made two weeks ago. They told me when I got there that they didn't take my insurance, which was Florida Blue HMO. I said, Why didn't you tell me that when I made the application two weeks ago? When you make an appointment for a PCP, it red flags the insurance when you make the appointment over the phone. They wasted my day; I took off work and lost money to not see a doctor. Not only that, but the nurse that waited on me said, "We wouldn't make enough money on this visit," and "no one makes the wages you do, even if we don't make this kind of money!" Why the hell didn't they tell me this on the phone two weeks ago, and why did they make me feel insignificant, not worth their time, and like a piece of trash!? I will be filing a discrimination claim against them and calling every supervisor I can find to let these people know they can't treat people this way, because honestly," To all the White Wilson's!!!! YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB WITHOUT US! Also, I had to give it 1 star because it won't let you post without at least 1. But my review is a 10!

You can never get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. If you're sick, they'll tell you they're booked for a month out and don't even try to get in with their immediate care, because they will tell you to come back later, they're busy as well. Dr Freier was the only reason I stayed here. Now that he is gone, I will be leaving as well.
