I came to this office and all members of the staff were friendly. Nurse Practitioner Bowdoin was friendly and accessed my healthcare issue quickly. The wait from start to finish was efficient. On my way out everyone was so courteous and told me that they hope I feel better soon. I will be back as needed for urgent care.

My Two Cents

THE most poorly run, incompetent and disorganized “health care” business I have EVER seen…and I worked in Nursing for many years. They don’t answer the phone, mail box is full, messages never returned. Cannot get referrals. Zero follow up. I had to drive to the office 3 times in an effort to speak to referral specialist after never getting a return call only to be told “she’s running errands with the Office Manager.” One side does not share records with the other, did not receive a referral after being diagnosed with malignant cancer and finally another medical specialty office intervened on my behalf the referral was put in incorrectly. Geeez! I’d be better off at an Animal Clinic! DO NOT seek medical care here; clearly they are NOT in the business of providing competent, professional care. The 3 star rating they have is far higher than they deserve.

I have been several times. I have arthritis in the facet joints at L4-L5 and it's pressing on nerves causing severe pain in my left leg.
I have seen a different NP each time but they all have helped giving me shots and prescriptions.
I highly recommend them

Went in with severe ear pain. The doc (a man) didn't look in my ears and worse, kept over talking me as I was describing my other symptoms. Threw antibiotics at me and quickly ushered me out. A week later, ear pain was way worse...still had a fever. Went to another urgent care. They looked in my ears and were shocked. The infection had gotten so bad, the different urgent care had to drain my ears. The antibiotics they gave me were not what was needed for my kind of infection. RIDICULOUS! I do NOT recommend this place!

I was referred to this clinic since I am in need of a new dr and I had trouble from the start. It took 4 days to get in touch with the scheduling office and received no return phone calls on the voicemails I left.
When I got in touch with the front office, I was told I had to be a walk in patient. When I arrived the front desk staff were not welcoming and they proceeded to discuss personal matters very loudly and were unkind of several patients and one of the Doctors of the clinic.

I was seen rather quickly by the doctor and treated well by the medical staff. The Doctor seemed very rushed and sped through my simple appointment, which in this case isn’t a bad thing, but it set the tone. I also never got my RX called in which was the reason for the appointment, and no one answers the phone desk phone so it seemed a lost cause of an appointment and a waste of time.
I’m sure this clinic is not the right choice for me.

Two stars because the back of clinic staff and the Dr were very kind.

My experience at this practice was very poor. The doctor did not listen to my concerns, talked over me frequently, and related to me and my elderly parents in a condescending manner. Some of the staff are very pleasant, while others had awful personalities. Strangely, the doctor often scheduled unnecessary follow up visits with little to no explanation, wasting our time and money. Also, the staff do not answer the phone. Since the voicemail was usually full, it was difficult to leave a message. And even if you do leave a message, no one returns your call. I absolutely do not recommend this practice. Thankfully, we found another PC doc in East Montgomery whom my family loves and his staff answer the phone!

Went at 6:22 to get my daughter seen for a fever of 102.7. I’ve been told by staff in the past that they take patients until 6:30 since they close at 7. They refused to see us and said they weren’t taking patient anymore. I asked for clarification on the time that they stop taking patients and she just kept talking in circles and wouldn’t answer the question as to the cut off time for patients to be seen. They also never answer the phone. When they first opened, they were great but they’ve gone down hill and fast.

When first saw Dr. Bailey about 5 years ago and every visit since she was caring, compassionate, and she listened. I was happy with my doctor. Now the office management appears to be a barrier to quality care. The phone is not answered, calls are not returned, follow ups about prescription refills not addressed. Scheduled appointments are treated like clinic walk-ins with undetermined wait times whether the waiting room is full or not.
