Here on vacation visiting with my daughter who has been very sick all week. In crisis mode after day 4 with a fever and gi upset we ended up at urgent care. What an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in everyone was so helpful and kind. We have never received the patient care that we had. Coming from Boston where we have the best medical facilities and numerous teaching hospitals, having worked in a few myself, I was absolutely astounded and am so grateful for the treatment and kindness we received. Almost makes me want to do all my doctors appointments in florida. Thank you all again for making a awful time so much better!

Last experience with them wasn't good but decided to give them another try, everyone has an off day. Let me save you time and energy while you are sick. Do not go to this place. The front desk lady can not work insurance. She turned me away as well as another guy because she couldn't figure out what to charge. After wasting 40 minutes of my life. I went carespot down the road and she had it figured out in less then 5 minutes.

I had a severe sinus cold along with ear infection in both ears. New to the area I had asked the locals for their recommendations on a location to go to and had several mention this location and I am glad I did. I showed up around 4:30 as a walk in and I was able to get in and out so quickly it surprised me. Business is in a good area, clean and well kept and staff very friendly and professional. Asked questions and listened to what I had to say about how I was feeling. I truly recommend this Urgent Care location and hopefully I won’t have to come back but if I need to I know who to go see.

I had a chest cold and the PA listened to my chest n ordered an x ray then a CAT n found cancer. Lung removed n I’m doing fine . This is exactly one year later. Thank you🙏

No problem with the care I received, however, the older brunette women (as was reported by another reviewer) was extremely rude, unpleasant, unfriendly and downright nasty- for no reason. She made me feel unwelcomed, and seemed to be annoyed, again, for no reason. As a front desk person, she has none of the traits that are essential for that position. If I was in charge, I'd immediately fire her...however, as a prior reviewer stated, she must be related to someone.

This place was terrible. Came in when there was no other patients and it still took over an hour for a kids physical. Stood at the counter for the first 10 minutes waiting on someone to come to the front. After we called out and they said “we are taking care of business in the back.” Then it was another 30 minutes to be seen which I can’t understand. There was no one here, no patients in the back, no one waiting, and still took over an hour.

They opened at 730, I got there at 750 & was out of there around 830 as a new patient. That was great! The nurse and doctor were kind and soft spoken and prescribed me medicine that provided much relief and he knew exactly my issue. I would go back to him again! It’s also nice to be seen my a dr and not a nurse practitioner, very rare & much appreciated

Only bad part is I don’t like having to tell the lady at the front why I want to be seen, when there’s people in the waiting room that can easily hear. She should just ask if it’s an emergency, not what my ailments are. She didn’t even say anything to me. I just said I don’t have an appt and I wanted to be seen. But everyone in the waiting room got to hear why I was there.
