Was totally impressed by the competent, caring and friendly staff and the overall cleanliness of this facility. I do not live in Fernandina but was up there for the day and cut one finger badly enough that it needed stitches. I wasn’t going to seek medical attention until I got home about an hour south, but I’m glad that I did. Highly recommend if you need this type of facility.

Great experience. I went because I was experiencing severe knee pain. Dr. Jim treated me. He was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took x-rays and ordered an MRI to find out what is going on. I was seen quickly. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommended.

As a visitor we chose this office based on prior reviews. They were very pleasant and helpful on the phone and my husband was seen as a walk-in within 10 minutes. The office is very nice, very clean and all of the staff were extremely helpful. Dr. Jacob was quick to see him and very thorough. The most convenient part was all meds were disbursed right in site! Thank you for the excellent care and for saving our vacation!

I originally went here about 5 years ago as an urgent care. After my second visit there a few months later, I made them my primary. Been a member since. Great staff, short wait times if you make an appointment. No more 45 minute to hour waiting times when you have appointment like Baptist here on the island. I can't recommend more highly.

This was my first time at the express care clinic.The ladies at The front desk were very friendly and informative of the process. Dr. Benz was refreshingly direct and thorough. I received five stitches, but I must say, after the numbing medication, it was the best my thumb had felt all day. I would highly recommend this express care to anyone in need.

A very caring professional place exclamation they were pleasant when I did not feel well. I did a quick job of diagnosing my problems and treating me. I highly recommend if you do not have a serious ailment but need emergency treatment or medication’s.

Very friendly and caring staff. Unfortunately the x-ray tech was unable to get a simple standing AP x-ray of my shoulder after seven attempts. Still a very kind and caring lady. The Doctor was thorough and kind as well.
