I took my 4 month old here for her vaccines. The receptionist and nurse were extremely friendly and professional. The office was clean and welcoming!
I was seen on time and the nurse didn't rush through our visit. She took the time to listen to me and then explained the process of the vaccines that were going to be given.

I absolutely dread coming here they are unprofessional they don't make you feel like your time matters at all. Unclean not at all up to date i feel ashamed of all of nassau countys offices theyre dirty and outdated oh and the wheel chair ramps at the other side of the building and the doors aren't handicap accessible

Waited over an hour with a 1 year old for a scheduled appointment because they scheduled multiple people at once. Knowing how restless kids get they should fix this.
