This is a walk in clinic. I brought my son here to get checked. Been having allergy issues and sore throat. Walked in and made appointments and was told it was going to be 3 hours from now and they would text me but we had to wait in our car or go somewhere until then. We went and got something to eat and 2 hours later we received a call that we were ready to be seen. Arrived and went back and sat in a room for over an hour and a half waiting to be seen. Another parent and child came in 30 minutes after us and the doctor went in their room first and we could hear him talking to the parent for about 45 minutes. For a walk in clinic it's miserable waiting HOURS just to be checked. This is why we dread coming here to get seen that day.

Here at this location: 08/08/2023 @ 6pm front desk & The medical assistant was really nice and efficient. Dr.Southwick is great ! He gives you tons of information. He joked around and played with my 7 month old making sure he was comfortable all while still doing his job. I didn’t feel rushed.He took extra time with us to explain everything we needed to do. I’m thankful that he was able to ease my worries and taking his time to explain everything in detail. I am very appreciative of all the information he provided me with. I left feeling confident that my son would be better soon.

We have been thankful to find Heidy Hayden and have received great care from her so far.
However, both of our daughters have had ongoing stomach issues for over a week. My husband and I have both called repeatedly over the last week and I left 4 messages explaining our girls need to be seen, no one has answered the phone or called back. I would have taken them to the walk in clinic but they somehow think it's ethical to refuse treatment of children that aren't fully vaccinated. I finally walked into the office and made an appointment in person. More responsiveness to communication would be appreciated.

So today was my daughter’s first appointment with Dr. Heidi Hayden , and loved her ! She went above and beyond my expectations, she took the time to listen to all of our questions and was very patient and knowledgeable , she even gave to my daughter a book! That was sweet of her. as a mom made me feel that my daughter is in good hands now. The staff was very nice , front desk lady was nice and friendly too , the facility is nice , tidy and clean and colorful. very kid friendly! . (Please keep doing the good job y’all are doing at this clinic! ) I loved it and will recommend to friends and family.

This place has completely gone down hill! Natasha is the rudest individual I’ve ever met in my life. My daughter had a 9:00 appointment and here it is 11:50 and we’ve walked out of the facility without being seen. Today is our last visit after seven years at this exact location. Heidi Hayden we miss you so much and appreciate your dedication to our children. I completely understand your move from that place.

Misdiagnosed my child 2 visits and prescribed inappropriste medication. Got in with her pediatrician 10 days after getting worse.

Her peditrician prescribed antibiotics for walking pneumonia, and (1 day later) she is almost 100% better. We have a friend who had a similar experience, but her kid got much sicker and needed two strong antibiotics.

Unless you want to waste your time, money, and put your childs health at risk, avoid this facility.

I was very skeptical about this urgent care; however, my child was sick and I didn’t have many options on Sunday morning. I came in Sunday morning with an infant and was quickly checked in and brought back in for evaluation. The front receptionist was very nice and polite, the nurse was very sweet and caring and the doctor saw us quickly. The doctor went out of his way to fully evaluate and test my infant and diagnose him. He took the time to educate me on his illness and provided print outs to make sure I knew what to do when I got home. He also provided samples of medications and showed me exactly what to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend this urgent care to other parents.

2.9 stars for a reason - front desk lady with orange hair is extremely rude and has no people skills - place said closed at 8 - came at 6:15 (got there as fast as I could after getting off) - wait for about 15 minutes for her to tell me I can leave, they are done taking people for the day, as she’s checking in people in front of me…...Great place for sure and turned me away WELL within time to get there for treatment…. If this place is that short staffed they need to hire more or update their time as I see this is happening 24/7.
