Dr. Arroyo and his staff did a fantastic job kindly and effectively treating my elderly Mom, who has dementia, for an infected molar. They did an excellent job helping her feel relaxed and at ease and explained sweetly and clearly every step. Most importantly Dr Arroyo gently applied local anesthesia, waited, asked questions about the numbness and only started the procedure once he was sure she would be comfortable and she definitely was. In all, the procedure was textbook perfect and she recovered very quickly. I highly recommend Dr Arroyo for his professionalism, experience, great listening, empathy and great bedside manners.

I’m writing to share my experience during a recent call to schedule a consultation for my mom. I spoke with a woman named Karla, who unfortunately was not very easy to work with.

I explained that my mom has her own X-rays and that I was simply looking to schedule a consultation with the doctor. However, Karla insisted on obtaining detailed information about where my mom was previously seen, including the location, phone number, and doctor’s name. This didn’t make sense to me, and I informed her that I wouldn’t be providing that information. I just wanted to book a consultation.

After putting me on hold, Karla returned and said, “That’s not a problem. They said it’s all right,” but in a noticeably annoyed tone. She then mentioned that if X-rays were needed, they would perform them in-house. I reiterated that we wouldn’t need additional X-rays and again requested a consultation. At this point, I overheard her say, “Oh my God, bro, is this serious?”

When I asked for her name and to speak with an office manager, she stated that there wasn’t one. When I inquired further about who manages the office, she said the doctors do.

Given the abundance of dentists in the area, this experience was frustrating and unnecessary. I had found your office through a simple Google search, not via recommendation, and unfortunately, this interaction didn’t leave a good impression.

Thank you for your time, but I’ll be exploring other options for my mom’s care.

I had an incredible experience at Dentalmed Associates! They fixed a crack in my tooth and did a thorough dental cleaning. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I came here to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Arroyo and his team took really good care of me. I came in the day of my surgery really nervous and they helped me to calm down and feel very comfortable. Dr. Arroyo even called me later that day on the day my surgery to check in to see how I was feeling. I would recommend this dentist. My surgery went well and my healing process is going well also. I had a wonderful experience with the Dr’s and their assistants. They were absolutely calming, nice, and professional. I have been very confused about the billing. I have an in-network dental insurance and the billing department always wants me to pay upfront before any services are provided/the insurance tells me my portion as if I’m not going to pay them. My insurance confirmed I owed the office $954.90, which I was ready and willing to pay. I also received the same amount from my the office. The day before my procedure the patient care manager stated I owed $1289. I explained to her that’s not what she nor the insurance company provided me. She tried explaining I owed for a service they never submitted to the insurance company. When I did not agree with her, her exact words in front of other patients were, “you don’t have the money.” I overlooked it and paid the balance stated I owed by her and the insurance company, but I did find that comment/statement to be very unpleasant and unprofessional. Other than that, the office is very pleasant.

Please read my review it is my honest experience. I came here to get 1 wisdom tooth removed that has been affecting me I traveled to multiple dentist prior who refused to remove my impacted tooth. I saw Dr.Arroyo and he reassured me that he can remove the 1 that has been bothering me for years. He continued to inform me the next wisdom tooth at the bottom was impacted as well and told me it Is best to remove all 4. (I did not argue with his decision as I will never want to be in this pain again)

Rewind to Valerie the insurance specialist (I think that is her name) explained everything in depth with me regarding insurance and other payment options. (As we know this procedure will not be cheap) She was so patient with me and ensured I truly understood why my insurance only covered the amount it did.

Moving on to the front desk receptionist (Im sorry I do not know your name) who's joyful tone of voice always assured me that I was welcomed in their office and they were here for me. When you enter the office she greeted me with a warm smile every time.

Fast forward to today ! I got my procedure done yesterday which was such a success. Even seeing Dr.Arroyo face made me feel calm yesterday he told me "He loves what he do" and he truly showed me that I wish I could of hugged him I battled with this tooth since high school as I got older it was just a pain I could not bare. I have NO bruising... NONE ! Swelling is so minute on one side of my face only. And the top teeth must of been an easy removal I have no discomfort on my top gums. Thank you to the whole practice I was greeted by every staff member that walked pass me . You all are amazing from the front desk receptionist to the nurse who rolled me out in a wheel chair to my car. Thank you for not just doing your job amazing but genuinely caring for an individual who needed a medical procedure.

I had my 2 wisdom tooth (left side top and bottom ) extracted on 3/25/24 by Dr. Arroyo. Two days after extraction, I am very much impressed. One word to describe level of service - FLAWLESS!! Great job! Great service!
