Very poor service. My child doesn't speak spanish I requested a therapist that was fluent in English the PSR manager told me that there were no fluent speaking therapist without a heavy Spanish accent. She also informed me that her employees that were hired were all from Spanish background which isn't a problem except the last psr therapist that was seeing my son was asking me how to say words In English. If you can't communicate with the patient HOW are you going to help them. I also find it disturbing that only Spanish background employees are being hired. It should be employing people of ALL BACKROUNDS.
Am looking for alternate services because this experience was HORRIBLE . Cynthia was very rude and continually cut me off.
Just want to say Letisha my sons last therapist was AMAZING unfortunately she moved on to a better company.
Dealing with patients with mental health should take these reviews into consideration it truly feels that they're not interested in helping patients.

I have been a patient for over 7 years, had no complaints until Cynthia left. Now it's a struggle to get appointments & now I'm having a family emergency in which Dr diaz didn't give my refill for last month when I had my appointment(I come in every 2 months as a private paying patient) now I'm out of state without my meds & I can't even get someone to return my calls. Seems like they don't care anymore about their patients. Will be looking for a new Dr ASAP

Honestly it has not been the best here I have been taking my son for years first years it had been great Cynthia was awesome. Latasha was amazing understood you heard you tired to help. But ever since they left it has gone down hill. I don’t understand how they can leave patients without meds for days. And they tell you straight out I don’t care. The new front girl is the rudest person ever. You walk in not even good morning. She taking care of personal business and doesn’t even address you. Then is answering personal phones calls. With a lobby full of people goes outsides to smoke a cigarettes in the front door, Then when she does address she is super rude and unprofessional. Incase you forgot what you’re doing here read your name. I can understand after 3 month you should have a in office visit but the problem you can never accommodate the patient. Then you want to give appointment 2 weeks later. My son needs his meds if he wouldn’t I would not come here. I don’t even know how insurance referred us here. But I will make sure to call Medicaid’s hotline and complaint how your treat people. It truly unacceptable. And to answer some of the people here talking about they are humans and we all have a right to have a bad yes we do but when your dealing with mental health humans you have to have the right state of mind. It’s nobody’s fault if you have a bad day sure is not my sons. You have to show kindness to receive it and here they do not. And who is dr. Scott? Never seen him met him or even spoken to him

I have been going to the Pan American clinic for the past 6 months. Through this journey I can only speak to praises of all the team who have served me. Yes, this includes the interaction and care Cynthia has given to my wife and me. We moved to Florida in 2022. In seeking to find assistance Pan American was the entity willing to take me on as a patient. This in its own speaks value to me. From my initial sessions to this day, I have found ease in coordinating appointments, addressing any requests for refills on prescriptions and handling administrative paperwork I have found required by my employer. I do hope as others are seeking care, they will leverage this rating and find they too will receive attentive service in their journey.

Cynthia is by far the most unprofessional coordinator/administrator I have ever had to deal with. The way she speaks on the phone, her attitude, her tone, the way she cuts you off while speaking, all of it is appalling. She works at a business that “attempts” to help people who are in desperate need of guidance-she should be released immediately and reflect at her actions towards others. Simply disgusting.
The therapist-and I use that word loosely, Luis should be ashamed of himself. Did not help or address certain detrimental matters with my children. Wasted 6 months.
Please do a sweep of your employees and clean house! Will never recommend this business to anyone!

Started coming here about 2 maybe 3 years ago. everything was great at first but every since I moved I cannot travel as much back and forth recently I’ve came back to try and get some help for my mental state Cynthia has gotten very unprofessional she’s very rude and unsympathetic takes her stress out on patients they didnt even offer me counseling just shoves a prescription at you “here you go you should be fine” I’ve tried calling multiple times to reschedule a appointment and no one answers the phone! No problem this place doesn’t want to help anyone they just want money in their pockets. Save your time coming here.

I am so grateful to have found this clinic! From Camille being so nice and helpful, to Dr. Erica Diaz who is very knowledgeable and professional, to Cynthia who's the real MVP going above and beyond to help parents and patients with documents, copies, prescriptions and resources.

My complaiment is about Cynthia and Brenda. I speak in Spanish with Cintia (I am from Brasil). I called her and said my name, she said: “ I DONT CARE como puedo ayudarte? I Said in ENGLISH: wait, did u say I DONT CARE? She said: i said how can i help u sweet heart. And than was the most friendly that she had never been before. ITS UNNACEPTABLE. SHE WORKS IN A BEHAVIORAL OFFICE, could u guys provide some medicine and Therapy to her please, she needs it.

update December 2023: BRENDA called me IRRESPONSIBLE to forget to make and appointment. ITS THE WORST EMPLOYEES EVER. I really not to recommend this place!
