So when they set up the appointment, they told me that my driver would call me at least a half an hour before they would be to my house, this is good because I was able to go out and run errands and do the stuff I had to do and not have to sit at home all day waiting. Just as they said, Oscar called me before he was on his way and he was about 20 minutes out and I was just about 20 minutes from my house. Just finished up doing all my errands and was on my way home. I was able to get home unload my car and Oscar pulled up. It was perfect.

Fast and excellent service. My doctor ordered a cane on Friday morning and by the afternoon I was contacted to confirm my address with a scheduled delivery on Monday. The gentleman who dropped it off on Monday texted me with an arrival time.

I am from out of town and needed to replace CPAP tubing. Adapt Health referred me to Colonial Medical Supplies. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I got the correct replacement tubing and was on my way. Special shout out to Yamary, at the front desk, who was just the sweetest.

Erica was amazing, she took her time explaining everything about the cpap machine to me. She was not rushed and truly took her time to make sure everything was explained and I was comfortable with my machine. I would highly recommend Erica and this office. I was very nervous about this machine and Erica made me feel calm and relaxed, she was absolutely amazing.
