My recent visit to UCF Student Health Center was good. Getting an appointment was fast, which is great for busy students. The doctors and nurses were really nice and I didn't have to wait long to see them.

But, it would be even better if they had specialized services. The cost is simple, just $6 for any blood work.

Parking is close, only a 2-minute walk, and you don't need an appointment for a flu shot.

In short, UCF Student Health Center is fast and helpful. It could be even better with more services. It's a useful place for students.

I spoke with Hazel at HIM and she was INCREDIBLE at helping me with an issue I have been trying to solve since the first week of December! Due to several issues with my UCF account, I ended up in a rather unusual technological predicament that required multiple departments in IT and HRIS to get involved, and with them still working on said predicament, I was unable to log into my Med and Proctor account and upload my immunization information (and thus register for classes). I reached out to UCF Student Health Services and Hazel answered the phone being attentive, helpful, resourceful and kind. She was able to not only help me find my immunization information even with the IT issues going on with my account but also help me submit my information quickly and efficiently. I was able to update everything smoothly and I couldn’t have resolved this issue without her help. I am now also able to register for my classes even while my account issues are getting fixed thanks to her. If anyone reading this review is lucky enough to receive help from Hazel, you will see just how much of a gem she is. It was such a huge relief to receive assistance from someone who was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I got everything sorted out. Thank you SO much, Hazel!! I appreciate you!

The Dental Center at the UCF Student Health Center is fantastic. I've been going there for six years since I moved to UCF. They are professional, friendly, and provide top-notch service. I highly recommend them!

Very clean facility, check in was easy, everyone was is friendly. I went up stairs and was seen by the Dr. almost immediately. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable.

Visited UCF as a prospective student for open house. They say student well being is their main concern.
No free water or coffee. There is a starbucks on campus for purchase. Having no free water is unacceptable. During a mayor event like open house, the school should provide water dispensers. I understand the green movement to reduce plastic, but offer paper cups. Sell UCF logo cups for refills and provide free water refills, with dispensers through out the campus route during this event. In reply to Student Health Services, anyone attending these events can suffer heat stroke. Please do not expect people to drink from fountains, forward to whoever is in charge of planning.

On 03/06/2023, I saw Dr. Borelli. I was in pain for 4 months and feeling hopeless. I felt she was rushing me and gave short and dry responses. She offered to do a physical pelvic exam. I was having a hard time relaxing due to the stress I was feeling from the ongoing pain and having doctors prior telling there’s nothing they can do. During the exam, she stopped and verbalized “do you want this or not.” Poor bedside manner.

Best place to find care, I go there for the last 8 years to see Dr. Schaus and many other doctors at the UCF Student Health Services. They are the best of the best! They are always available, efficient, and organized.
My records are all there and they provide me excellent care for simple and complex issues. I recommend.

Melissa Scott was the most helpful and friendly practitioner I have ever encountered! Everyone else I interacted with during my visit was extremely friendly too. The woman at the check-in counter, the nurse that took me in, and the pharmacist that explained my medications were all extremely kind and helpful. I had previously lost a lot of faith in the medical field after many bad experiences, and I don't usually make appointments anymore unless I feel like I absolutely have to, but after having such a positive experience, I plan to continue going back to UCF Health Services to sort out the many health issues I've been ignoring.
