A waste of time. They are more worried about being paid by insurances than worrying about someone's actual mental health. THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY AN ACCURATE REVIEW. I am very satisfied with my counselor. Ms. McCray is very nice, caring, understanding and she is very empathetic. She puts things in a way that I understand, and she allows me to ask questions if I need clarification. Her communication and her attitude is always top tier and professional.

I highly recommend their services. My husband and I have been struggling with behavioral issues with our son. However, due to his therapy he has been learning how to handle his emotions and is doing a lot better with his mental health. The staff at his school says that he has totally become a different person.

I'm am very happy with my son's behavior counselor Gilbert. Unfortunately, I no longer have a case manager due to insurance not paying for it! But when I had her, she was awesome! I'm very grateful for your services, thank you!

I would like to know how they are charging my sons insurance and he has not had services in weeks. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone in charge because the phone rings, no answer and they don’t respond to my email. My sons first therapist Allison went against my religious beliefs and wanted to condone and defend my son with an issue that could lead him to jail if he isn’t corrected now! She called me out in front of him to correct me. Something she could’ve asked me to talk about in private. They don’t do a proper interview and don’t ask you questions to understand your purpose for seeking counseling for your child. I asked Jacy to connect me with someone above her and Allison. They provided me with his email address and I have yet to hear back. It’s been over a month. Jacy then connects me with a new therapist names Abigail. She was the only person to ask why did I switch his therapist because Jacy didn’t care to ask why I did not want to work with Allison any longer. Abigail seemed like someone that could help my son but her schedule doesn’t align with my sons. She advised me to get with my sons school to see how they can help. Why isn’t anyone from Lukas counseling getting back to me but continue to bill the insurance? A complete joke! Complete trash! Don’t use this company. They lack communication skills and professionalism.
