This office is phonominal! I am always nervous to go get any dental work done, but not anymore! I will be going regularly, and I will be referring everyone I know and especially those who are suffering due to past bad experiences that caused them to not go back to the dentist. Dr. Stephanie makes you feel like a long time friend with no judgement. I went there due to an emergency and I feared they would push unnecessary work because dental procedures can be very expensive. She gave me her professional opinion without pushing for other work to be done in this visit.. Her and her staff had renewed my faith in going back to the dentist.. They have gained my loyalty ..
We will all be returning.. And I forgot to mention she called to check on me and this is hard to find.. I just want to tell your staff thank you for making my visit pleasant..

I have historically liked this practice, but the new dentist seems very worried about making every nickel and dime on x-rays. I was not sure if enough time had elapsed for my insurance to cover panoramic x-rays, I asked if the front desk could call. I was told no they do not contact insurance for patients. I was also told by the dentist that I cannot be a patient without x-rays being up to date. So I had to call my husband to look up our insurance info (it’s through his employer) and then call from the exam chair to make sure I could get x-rays covered or risk being dropped as a patient. The practice used to be more laid back and kinder to patients but the vibe has changed.

Saw Dr Caroline Friday for 2 fillings. Mostly painless! Except for the numbing but not bad with that either. I dread going to the dentist but this wasn’t bad at all! I would highly recommend Dr Caroline!
