This place is an absolute joke. The triage nurse, Debbie, was rude with absolutely no recommendable bedside manner. Not only did she list my medications wrong, even after handing her the bottle, she was short with me. She also talked over me and mislead my tending physician Dr.England (who was also short and seemed to have cared less) about me having had a covid positive test! She claims I told her I’d tested and been found positive. Luckily he came in there with the assumption that I’d been tested and I was able to tell him that I hadn’t been and that’s the reason I was there. I could here them down the hallway, Debbie saying “she told me she had a tested positive!” In a hushed yelling tone. I informed my bedside nurse that in I in fact never said such a thing and that I told her my sons had been found positive Sunday. Another thing, less important, I told them my SONS (plural) had been found covid positive and they kept saying my daughter (singular) had a positive covid test. The lack of listening and respect for me, the patient, was outrageous and truly shocking. I’ve never had such poor medical care in my entire life. The only good thing I can say, is they were able to get me back in a timely manner but when there are no other patients in the lobby, that’s not too hard to accomplish. The intake nurse (didn’t catch her name) however and my bedside nurse, Cici, were outstanding. Very well mannered and seemed to actually care about me as the patient and a person. Listened to what I had to say and were very kind and gentle. Unfortunately they were not a primary part of my visit. They really were the only thing that made my visit not absolutely horrible.
