This company is ALMOST CRIMINALS!! Definitely swindlers!!

In Jan 2022, I needed a test kit right away. So I ordered 2 sets from this company and paid $70.

The reason I ordered from them was because they said
1. They ship within 24 hours
2. They won’t charge until they ship
3. They provide tracking number

I overpaid for mainly above first reason.

Credit card was charged immediately. 4 days later, no tracking number, no “your shipment is on your way”, no nothing.

So I emailed the customer service. They said they shipped on that day(probably reacted to my email)

Guess what, they shipped totally different test kits from what I ordered.

Letter was in with it. It basically said “Because you rushed us, you don’t get what you paid for. Just shut up and take it”.

I never ever shop anything from them.

I take my blood pressure and it goes to my doctors office. Those sweet ladies there call me often when my numbers are elevated. I’ve never had issues with my numbers spiking until recently. My meds were changed to see if we can get it in a better range. They are so very concerned when they call me but I assure them I feel fine.
I had weight loss surgery 10/2020 losing 150 pounds. I think my body is trying to adjust to the new me. We shall see. Thank you for helping me navigate through this.

Scam. Do not purchase Covid home tests from here. Paid 30 dollars for next day shipping and did not receive the package until 8 days later. Also, received a letter in the package stating they didn’t have the brand of Covid tests available so they sent me a different brand. The new tests clearly came from a bulk package and retail at 8.95 per test but I was charged 30 dollars per test. The tests aren’t even in packaging, just clear bags. No communication from the company. They do not answer the phone. Stear clear.

I've had nothing but a great experience. Nathalia Suarez has answered every question promptly and helped get the COVID-19 antigen tests and information needed for my business. They offer test kits that are POC quality and regulation rather than OTC. Highly recommend, and have other colleagues who have ordered too.

Worst medical service 2x. In October I was sick for over a week I called to get something for infection. The Doctor said it was viral and would only provide medications I was already taking. Two days later I was at the hospital with bronchitis they gave me antibiotics and I recovered. I called again today because I am sick again spoke with a Dr Grub from Walmart and he advised same thing it's viral and offered to call in medication I am already taking. He offered medication that is of no help and advised it's viral. Well I have been in my body for 45 years I know I need an antibiotic to get rid of this infection. I called back and he still felt no antibiotic was needed. Not good service I'm sick I call this service when I'm in need not do you can give me medication I already have. I will cancel my monthly subscription. Thank you

It is a blessing to wake up knowing that a medical service care about me. I get up and check my blood pressure everyday and it is recorded to a medical center and they are watching what is going on with my pressure. What is great for me, I get a monthly call and they go over my readings with me. When the numbers are too high they ask what happen on that day at that time, I feel they really care about my health as I do. That’s is important to me.

Spent over $25 a test on Covid tests. (Bought 200 tests). The same tests are $9.80 elsewhere. That’s abuse in my opinion. Also, the tests were expired when they arrived. They are refusing to refund the difference or take the expired tests back.
