Unprofessional and Disorganized

I had an appointment at 11:40 with Dr. Matthew Posada, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. I arrived on time, but there was a line in the waiting room. A woman was having difficulty getting a referral processed, which held up the line, while three staff members were behind the counter—one with her back to the window and the other two focused on the issue at hand. There were three of us waiting, and no one bothered to ask what we needed or consider opening another window to assist.

By 11:49, I had to interrupt to mention my appointment time. Although I could see the doctor standing nearby, the receptionist emerged a few minutes later and, following Dr. Posada's direction, informed me that he had decided to go to lunch and would see me afterward. I explained that I had been waiting and arrived on time, but the receptionist responded saying, "Well, it's almost 12 pm now." At that moment, it was 11:52, and it became evident that there was no intention to accommodate me or address their clear mismanagement.

This isn’t my first negative experience with Dr. Posada. In previous visits, he has been very transactional, showing little care or attention. He doesn’t listen and often comes across as dismissive. During my first visit, I told him my kidneys were hurting, and he dismissed it as likely being back pain. He instructed me to get blood work done and return in a month. A week later, I ended up in the hospital with a kidney stone, elevated bilirubin, and abnormal liver enzymes. However, this incident, where I was effectively ignored and dismissed despite being on time, was the last straw.

The lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for patients' time is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate or competent care.

I do not recommend this medical group!!! Dr Posado is arrogant and dismissive. Dr Pichardo makes mistakes constantly. This is a disorganized, unprofessional and incompetent collection of both health care providers and office staff. Started with this group back in 2024 and have one bad experience after another. The only doctor in this group who cares and is good is Dr Banda the endocrinologist.

They don’t care about you or your time. It took a week for a basic refill authorization. Scheduled me for a flu shot and when I came in they told me they are out of stock. No phone call, no message. Time to find a new PCP.

Horrible experience with Dr Jannelys Aguilar. My other review was removed. No compassion remind us she only has 20minutes per patient .. she only spent 7 minutes with us after keeping us waiting for 40 minutes. Asked about refills on my sister dementia meds. She walked out said she receptionist. Receptionist then advises us that Dr Aguilar finds it to difficult to work with my sister’s insurance and will not be writing a referral. I then asked about the script for Blood work. The receptionist stated once again that Dr does not like working with my sisters insurance. All in all the Dr did nothing. And I’m guessing billed the insurance company for the visit. I should have read the google reviews..

My sister in law was seen by Dr Jannely Aguilar.. And it was a horrible experience. She was the First patient of the day still waited 40 minutes. Then didn’t ask my sister in a law any questions. Said was going to refer her and order blood work..(Dr in room 7 minutes) Then just got up and walked out. Receptionist then tells us that Dr finds it difficult to deal with our insurance and will not be writing a referral. I inquired about the Script for bloodwork. She said Dr doesn’t want to deal with her insurance company. So waited over two month for appointment for nothing. We Should have payed attention to the reviews.

Very unfriendly staff and Dr Boor has NO COMPASSION. You only get 10 minutes for your initial visit. He is undeserving of being called a Family Doctor. He has no intention of working as a team and has NO COMFORTING WORDS OR ACTIONS. HE IS COLD AND RUDE. Learn to be assertive and advocate for yourself. NO ONE, NOT EVEN A DOCTOR SHOULD ALLOW TO TREAT YOU WITH UNKINDNESS AND BE SO JUDGEMENTAL. He does NOT DESERVE A STAR. Find another doctor who will care more your medical care and needs.
