Holy crap! Best kept secret in lake county for medical emergencies! My provider sent me out for a cat scan and x-ray. 5 - 10 minutes tops in the waiting room. We’ve just gone over my bloodwork and waiting on my test results. The staff is top notch! They even submitted my VA paperwork and provided me copies as we are here! I hate hospitals.

By far the best experience I’ve had in any urgent care / ER in Florida. The staff is super friendly kind, welcoming and funny. Specially RN Kristina who managed to keep us laughing throughout the whole experience while taking great care of us. The service was quick and the entire center is super clean and organized.

I just left. I checked in before 3 pm. When I checked in there was no one in the waiting room. I had / have really horrible Sinus headaches the last week. They checked my vitals and brought me to another room where I was to wait for one of the Doctors. I waited almost 50 minutes. I understand I have only a headache and there were probably other parients in there with more serious illnesses. The wait was too long, especially with no one in there. They never once came in to check on me. When I came out near the nurses station they were BSing and I think one of the Doctors was sitting at the end. I told them I couldn't wait and it's not right. They tried to stop me, but I know they would of played games. Once the DR would of seen me, he or she would of disappeared again and it would of been another 40 minutes to check out. The staff is very kind, but this is unprofessional. I really want to complain. The office should make a priority appointment for me after this. I'm going to complain to the headquarters and I'm contacting my insurance to make sure they don't process a claim.

Please note..I am using a relatives phone to post. My name is Mark Newman (the patient)
THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN MY WOUND! I am a meat cutter and on 3/1 sliced underside of my thumb with a VERY sharp VERY big cutting knife. Witnesses (even customers) were alarmed at 1 1/2 inch gapping wound. "YOU'RE GOING TO NEED STITCHES!!)Being one not liking the attention put ointment on, wrapped it up and finished my shift. When home unwrapped and really concerned when seeing the gapping wound. Re-applied ointment and wrapping. In morning it was throbbing, still seeping and upon urging decided to have it looked at. I did realize it had been 15 hours maybe too late for stitches. The nurses and aides were comforting BUT DR YANG came in and never touched my hand to look at wound (which was still covered with my ointment, dried blood and oozing), SHE STOOD BACK FROM ME to see wound and her vibe was one of annoyance as though she didn't want to be bothered with this. She said don't cover it, let it air out and left. The nurse then came in and did the OPPOSITE. Put ointment on top of my ointment and a band-aid (which by the way came off before I left the building). DID I MENTION THEY NEVER CLEANED THIS WOUND!! Oh they did give me a tetanus shot and a baggie of band-aids! NO ONE EVER SAW HOW DEEP IT WAS. This was a HUGE deal for me to give in to going to begin with. NEVER been in an ER, or An Urgent care or ever been hospitized for ANYTHING.My hands are my livelihood and should NEVER have been treated so nonchalantly. Maybe if I coughed or had a runny nose like the others who came and went I would have been better treated.

We are from out-of-state and my daughter needed to be seen asap. They got us in very quickly and were so kind to us. They listened and seemed to genuinely care about my daughter and making sure she felt safe and cared for. 10/10 recommend:)

Louis CT Tech, Raymond NP, Dora RN....Wonderful care from these 3 and others that I did not get their name. I am not a local but am sure glad my cousin referred me. I could not have had a better experience. Louis had to take an earring out so he could scan me. What a gentleman! I giggle now thinking about this. It was not easy and he was a gentle giant!
