Just be aware - I waited months for an appointment with a mid level. I saw the provider for the typical 20 minutes and they billed my insurance for $500. She ordered two labs that I requested and I had already found my own referral for a specialist. Glanced over labs I already had drawn and had no real advice about them. So I’m not sure why they think that’s worth $500. I now understand why people just go to the ER and wait for their bill to be written off - if you do the right thing, wait patiently for an appt, and then expect to be treated fairly - you won’t be. I’ve spoken to the billing department already. Every time you send a message you’ll be directed to a DIFFERENT representative so don’t expect to get a clear or coherent response. On top of that they offer substantial discounts for self-pay they will not openly advertise and when I asked about it they wouldn’t give me a direct answer. Stick with a local provider and avoid Advent. You’ll never get a straight answer if you try to resolve an issue.

The billing department is completely unreliable—disorganized, incapable of keeping records straight, and unable to even prove payments were made. We had to send our own documents just to correct their mistakes. On top of that, double billing has been an ongoing issue, which is not only unethical but a serious violation that should be investigated. Absolutely unacceptable. If they can’t handle something as basic as billing, how can anyone trust them with their healthcare?

Dr. Falcon is terrible; the staff is just as bad. If you tell them you would like to see a different D.O., it means a different location altogether! Which is okay because the chiropractor gives better care or get Dr. Falcon and drive all around town while she does absolutely nothing but sit in the corner during your visit with her hand in your wallet!

I’ve been a consistent regular patient with PA Crystal Dejesus, she is the only person I would ever trust with my health care, she goes above and beyond for her patients, explains everything to you, discusses options throughly. She truly cares. She is the best!!

I am very happy with my primary care physician as well as every PA and NP I have dealt with. Also the office and support staff are excellent. They have helped me greatly.

They did not let me know I needed to be early to fill out paperwork and I was 1 minute late and they marked me as no-show. Any other office will let you know when you book the appointment if you need to arrive early to fill out paperwork don’t expect that same respect from this office. It doesn’t matter to them if you need to see the doctor they refuse even though they didn’t tell you to be early.
