Very disappointed after purchasing a retina camera. Hard drive crashes 5 months after. He promised to repair it. It’s been a year. I never expected the repair to be free.
I bought 3 examination lanes of equipment, retina camera, corneal topographer and more. Retina camera not delivered until 2023. Took 20 photos and camera crashed. You already knew it needed a hard drive!. All of the equipment was supposed to be “in stock”. it took over 6 months for complete installation. Many of the instruments were defective. His staff returned so many times, I was exasperated. Most of the time the staff did not know why they returning and did not have the parts to repair. I would NEVER recommend this company. Pay a little more for someone else. Worst experience of my career.

Tom knows his stuff but if you want your equipment to be serviced in the future you'll likely have to go elsewhere. Been bugging him for 8 months to service the retinal camera I purchased. Still waiting.
