My experience at PC+ Clermont was FIRST CLASS! From beginning to end. Starting off with check in process, seamless. Then Karla, my MA transitioned me back with grace and kindness. Lastly, Dr. Curry cared for me as a whole person. Listened to every concern that I had, let me ask all the questions and allowed me a safe space to express how I was feeling. She made sure that I understood everything she was explaining and answered any follow up questions that I had.

By far one of the best experiences in my healthcare journey. Bravo, PC+.

I would like to express my genuine gratitude to doctor Jeanine Jones-Donald. She is amazing! Jeanine is so friendly and professional. Her kindness and patience really helped me a lot, especially after a bad experience with my previous doctor. In fact, I was really nervous about seeing a new doctor, but Jeanine is an expert who truly cares about her patients. She eased my anxiety and did her best to address my concerns. If I could, I would give her ten stars! She really brightened my day! And all the other staff members were really nice as well. I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone I know!

I will start off saying I would have given AdventHealth Primary 5 stars if my original NP was still with them.
I needed a new doctor and chose here due to my previous NP joining this new location. I truly felt safe and well cared for for the first year. Then she left.
I have had nothing but issues with this location. Before I even saw my new NP, I was told I needed to be more proactive when requesting refills for my medications. I had requested refills two weeks before I would have run out, but I had to contact them several times to finally get a response over a week later.
Currently, I'm having a similar issue as I requested a refill back on August 30, then again on September 5, and now a third time on September 11 for my diabetes medication without any response from anyone. My Publix pharmacist tried to request a refill last week, and the request went unanswered.
So now I have no medication to take on my scheduled injection day this weekend. I had high hopes for this Primary Care facility, but as I have seen, similar issues have become the norm for others as well.
This lack of response and poor service has affected my blood pressure and caused so much stress.

This practice is unreliable, rude, and unresponsive. I have been calling, messaging, and submitting refill requests for an asthma medication I have taken for YEARS that Dr. Curry submitted no problem before. I need this medication to BREATHE. I don’t know what else to do.

Bad first impression. This is a very inefficient office, I do not recommend. I came here for the first time to establish a new primary care provider, I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, and over an hour later of waiting still had not been seen by the doctor, so I left without being seen. The office seems unprofessional, with the receptionist complaining the whole time I was waiting about another staff member. Upon leaving, the receptionist asked if I needed a follow up appointment, and I said no, I wont be coming back, and she simply said ‘ok’ - they dont seem to care. I saw another person come in and ask about forms he’s been waiting a month for the doctor to sign, and other patient interactions I witnessed while waiting indicates the inefficiency and unprofessionalism of this office.

Terrible experience. I went in for a sick visit and asked them to refill my medications. They never sent the refill to the pharmacy and I have been calling them for two days trying to get them to fill it only for them to tell me the doctor is out of town today. I have now gone multiple days without my medication due to their negligence. I would not recommend this primary care practice to anyone because they are inconsistent, incompetent, and rude. You need to do a better job at hiring people who actually care about their patients and know what they are doing. It’s sad that this is what healthcare has come to.
