Never apply to work here and most definitely do not trust these people with your loved ones lives. They don’t care about anyone’s health. They just care about meeting the HEDIS measure markers so the Dr.’s can get a bonus.

The staff is really great took my grandmother for there for a meet and greet and it was the best decision we made. The young lady in the front was such a sweet heart, from answering all of our concerns to making us feel comfortable as we waited for the doctor. The office manager was also very polite and sweet when drawing my grandmothers blood. Very nice office !

Ni siquiera una estrella es la calificación para este sitio. Mi experiencia con ellos es desastrosa la atención del personal pésima, cuando llamo para pedir una cita con la doctora que es mi médico primario para que me atienda porque estoy con muchos dolores no me la dan casi para un mes después porq la doctora no está o se fue de vacaciones.
Tengo varios especialistas que llevo años en tratamiento con ellos y toco cambiar varios porq esta compañía no acepta sino los doctores que ellos escogen. En cuanto a referidos no los dan y se demoran de 4 a 7 días.
Por mi condición de salud necesito ir con urgencia donde uno de ellos pero no puedo porque no me dan el referido y me ha tocado cancelar la cita y no puedo en estos momentos a emergencia por la situación de la pandemia. Mis doctores especialistas me recomiendan que no vaya.
El personal es muy maleducado y no aceptan razones y como paciente nos toca aceptar lo q ellos dicen.
Nunca en más de 20 años que vivo aquí me había encontrado con gente tan poco profesional, es muy triste que una empresa de salud se comporte como senior medical associates.
