I went to see Dr Franco for pain on the sides of my feet. She immediately saw the issue, told me it was callous due to the formation of my feet. She didn’t try to push any unnecessary treatments. Even offered her spa treatment which is reasonably priced for continued treatment, instead of medical procedure. She was friendly and compassionate to my poor insurance coverage. I left feeling better the minute I stood up. Highly recommended this Dr.

Very rude!
I was accompanying my elderly grandmother that walks with a cane, with also my elderly aunt that was interested in making an appointment. My grandmother’s appointment was at 2pm and we arrived 1:50pm. We were told we had to wait outside while it was raining because they were having “lunch”. It was very unprofessional to tell a patient they can not enter the waiting area with just 10 min to their appointment while it is raining and you visibly can see they can not walk much. Will never do business with this doctors office!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback from my recent experience, hoping it may help improve processes for future patients.

I appreciated how I was treated during my appointment, and everything was handled efficiently. You recommended an MRI WO, and I received the order promptly. However, when I went to the facility for the MRI WO,, I encountered some confusion. The order requested an MRI WO for my foot, but the technician mentioned that the report asked for the ankle, which caused some discrepancy.

The staff at the facility tried contacting your office several times (six times),I was there when they told him we were going to send it. but unfortunately, the updated order never arrived. As a result, I had to leave after waiting for over three hours without the test being done. It was a frustrating experience, especially considering the long wait.

In situations like this, perhaps having a more flexible approach—such as requesting both the ankle and foot MRI WO,—could help avoid unnecessary delays, especially when insurance would cover it. Additionally, ensuring that communication between your office and the diagnostic facilities is more seamless would prevent future issues.
