First, the wait times are ridiculous and the office staff scheduling is unorganized. If you have an appointment, expect to wait 2 hours to be seen.

Second, I was referred to a specialist By Dr. Jamie Rodriguez. When the specialist sent the report of the findings to him, Dr. Rodriguez never called me back to discuss. I called his office, and they were rude stating he would call me and I don’t need to call him, it’s now been 3 weeks since that appointment and he still has not reached out.

If you can find another office to get your ultrasounds done, please do. The ultrasound teach Joana is the worst. She must hate her job, and makes sure you know it based on her service. Provides the worst ultrasound photos and is very passive aggressive. You give your complaints and concerns to the nurse who comes to speak to you, and nothing is done. I’ve never met the doctor who the office is licensed under. And overall as an expected mother these appointments are suppose to bring you peace, yeah right. Complete opposite. And let’s not get into the wait time to be seen. They sit on their tush till it’s required for them to move, meaning to clean a room and make someone wait a whole another hour to be seen. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I had a higher risk pregnancy and was referred from my obgyn to this service. It is a long wait, but it's worth it.
Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Lenis were amazing! My husband and I loved speaking with them during our visits. They are so friendly and take their time explaining things and answering questions. They made a complicated pregnancy feel safer for my baby and I. The assistant and tech were always lovely as well! It was bittersweet not needing their services anymore after birth.

From the front desk to the scheduling personnel, all staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not experience a long wait.

It does not matter if you arrive early, on time or even a few minutes late you will NOT be seen for over an hour from your appointment time. There’s a clear issue with scheduling! Or maybe staff… there’s been plenty of times where the waiting room is empty and I’m still waiting for over an hour past my appointment.

Service is ok however get ready to wait 2+ hours for your appointment. I have arrived early, on time or late and every time I’ve had had to wait for hours. At 39 weeks it is brutal to wait seating down for such a long period of time. I don’t know how they manage their appointments but it is definitely not working.

I had an appointment set for 9am but arrived at 8:45 because I was a new patient and wanted to give them time to process my paperwork. They eventually called me back to get my weight around 10:05 and told me that a room would be open in a couple minutes. When a couple minutes went by they called the person that came in after me to occupy that room, so then 10 minutes goes by and my husband has to go ask the check in lady whats going on. She explains that it “takes time” to clean up the room which I understand but they completely skipped me and I was not called upon to go back till 10:45. I did not leave the suite 411 till 11:00.

Gabby Araque - Amazing experience here with nurse Iliana. She was very sweet and thorough. She gave me ample time to get all my emotions out when seeing my baby for the second time. She even revealed the gender of my little girl that I’d been hoping for. The nurse that took my vitals was great as well and even questioned me about blood work I had not done. We briefly spoke about it and she did the blood work right then and there. Absolutely amazing experience, would definitely recommend.
