if i can rate this place a 1/2 half star i would the biggest scam ever waited for the dr 2 1/2 hours adter the dr gets there they prepare all the girls and start bringing them into rooms the at first the lady in the front super nice after they take your credit card and tells you yes for everything dont worry they dont care no more for you as a patient because they got paid as told per the dr very rude & disrespectful they basically steal your money $270 for a us which they dont even let you see nor hear for a heart beat . i will be reporting them to the health dept because the scam they are run is unfair !

I’m not sure, how to feel because the situation is so uncomfortable to begin with.
I will say reading all the other reviews I wish I would of done that first, before going.
The nurses were tolerable I wouldn’t say 5 star treatment.
First thing first the location made me feel like a back ally type of place, I really thought I was in for a Wonderful surprise once I entered the facility, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case, but okay whatever.
Then secondly you will fill out paperwork and it states all this counseling and confidential verbiage and I got none of that.
For example I had no clue about the why the pill might or could be better than the medical procedure and why the price is different.
There is absolutely so counseling at all.
Thirdly we are all in a waiting room and our clothes in a clear bag, the place was sanitized with spray Lysol nothing to intense but whatever.
Social distance was very efficient.
And lastly the Dr. extremely rude, harsh and rough definitely wasn’t expecting that bruised my arm I wasn’t asleep at all.
My body feels horrible and I’m still in a lot of pain and nauseous at times no one even called to follow up with me like it stated in the paper work.
I really felt like this was the most horrible experience.
I gave it 1 star because of the Social distancing.

The staff in the front is so rude and disrespectful. Like make you feel uncomfortable just from entering the office if that’s how they treat you imagine what they will do with you in the back. In mid of my conversation and having questions she say I’m busy I told you what I said and closed the glass that is not how you speak to someone that is seeking help from your establishment. I do not recommend especially if you are someone with a short temper you may really want to knock the front service off her feet.

You guys deserve a 10! I had a wonderful experience today. The doctor and staff are amazing people. Caring, polite, and comforting. If you have any problems, concerns, or questions. Please feel free to give them a call. The nurse will walk you through everything. The staff treats you like family. I highly recommend Miramar Women's Center. You're in great hands!!

I was very skeptical because of all the mixed reviews online but honestly my experience was very quick and very pleasant. This was my first abortion & I gotta say I was so worried and anxious because I didn’t know what I was going to experience . But overall the wait wasn’t as long as people was saying on the reviews, the nurses was very nice , very warm . The doctor distracted me when he was taking my blood , he can tell how nervous I was and before I knew it the procedure was done and I was heading to the recovery room. I did not feel one thing , it was quick and painless . The anesthesia wasn’t too strong where I felt woozy or dizzy after , I felt a bit dazed but honestly it wasn’t a bad feeling . They provided free medication for pain and to prevent infection. You don’t have to book an appointment, they said come in from 9-11, I got there at 10am and after the paperwork and the urine test and the blood test and the actual procedure and the recovery I was out by like 12:30. I highly recommend this place . Especially since they are one of the cheapest places around. Overall wonderful experience for my first ever scary abortion . 💜

The doctor was very straight forward with the procedure. The clinic was clean. The nurses was helpful. But I just suggest to come in at 11:45 so your wait time won’t be significant. Cause the doc doesn’t come in until Noon or so. Also they stop taking walk-ins @12. But all in all It was a great place, would recommend.

Reading all the reviews, I was a little sceptical at first. But I decided to come anyways....

The nurses were very nice and had great personality. I read that the nurses were racist against black people, but I didn’t experience that at all. One of the nurses was Hispanic and so great!

The doctor was almost two hours late. which isn’t great. I read that this is a regular thing that happens, so this is just one of the downfalls. The doctor also is straight to the point, as soon as he sees you, he is ready to do the procedure. I hope you don’t take that emotionally personal.

Walk ins are usually 9-12 (call in to confirm for the day) doctor shows up around 1. You will have to come in early to do whatever is needed done before you see the doctor and they see us on a first come, first serve basis. So if you come early, you can choose to wait for the doctor or come back around 1.

But overall, my experience here was really good and I would recommend it for anyone who’s considering. It’s also more affordable than surrounding areas.

Bring a book, a charger, your phone to keep you occupied. Make sure you drink plenty of before you come so you are hydrated. Don’t eat before the procedure, only something light like toast, crackers, or a banana.

Before I came here, I set intentions to have an emotionally pleasing day, so maybe that can help ease your experience. Go in with a positive mind and something to occupy yourself during the wait. I recommend this place.

Chy , the place open at 9 , appointment set at 10:30 it’s 11:21! while I’m currently typing this the doctor haven’t made it here yet not even replying to the workers messages regarding patients issues about timing . They charge you a extra 40 dollars if they change your doctor . So that’s an unexpected bill you have to pay . I came Saturday to do ultrasound but doctor left so now I’m back Monday with the same doctor but they charging 40 dollars for a so called doctor change . There is now a 24 hour wait that we have to do. I’m here on a Monday and want to do Wednesday appointment and have to pay 40. Dollars on Wednesday Because the doctor going on vacation Wednesday I don’t have anything to do with that so why do I have to pay 40 dollars
