Dr Mora is a GREAT! Doctor very professional and very understanding. BUT his staff is a totally different side. My husband Pablo Ferro had LABS done about a MONTH ago he has requested via MyChart for someone to call him with results and NO ONE has bothered to reply. His labs are abnormal and no one has taken the time to call him. He has left several messages to the office manager and no returns calls. In order to get a response you have to walk into the Miramar office and like me I came across 5 other patients there with the same complaints. That is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Dr Mora was my fathers doctor for the last 15-20 years. He has been the most thorough and professional doctor we have seen to date. Due to his kind care with my father, I have recently made him my primary care and I couldn't be any happier with the service he provides. Dr. Mora was my primary for maybe 10 years. Yes, I often had to wait but I know why.... Doctor Mora actually listened to understand all my concerns and took the time to care for me even if it took some extra time.
