Well well, this Rhumatoligist has great reviews. I made an appointment weeks ago and first available was almost end of October. So > 3 months wait time. And yes that now seems common. But check thia out, earlier l had to call as.l was also placed on a wait list. I was told by the staff member that he is no longer accepting new patients. OF COURSE THAT IS HIs RIGHT. But when asked when were they planning to notify us patients patiently waiting so we can start our search; her response was: "we normally let everyone know a week ahead of their appointment and that is when we would have advised you." So it's all well and good for their office to know today of their intentions but they don't give a darn about those in need of service. BEYOND SHAMEFUL. Thanks for this response Lorena. Dr. Sanchez, nice that your practice is doing so well, but there is a level.of responsiveness and respect for patients ...sir.

The insurance company says they don't tell practitioners how to run their office. Maybe there should be a bottom to the quality/level of service that is expected from providers. So the insurance may not care if our lives are placed at risk because of an act on a.providers' office or his/her part l presume. #UsHealthacare sucks.

I am confused by some patient reviews delineating a negative experience. On the contrary, my interactions have been quite fortunate. Doctor Sanchez, PA's and remaining staff work diligently to care for my medical needs. I have never observed any conflicting behavior to justify a derogatory post. I can't imagine being the receptionist and initial point of contact for patients arriving with a variety of infectious conditions eg. Covid, hepatitis, common cold. You couldn't pay me enough to do their job!

I have been coming to Sanchez’s office for a bit now and in the beginning the care and attention was great but within the last year the lack of service has been horrible.

The turn around on PA’s & Doctors in the office is also horrible. No stability what so ever.

You call and get put on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on. I called back asked for Brenda or a manager they are not available.

I have reached out to the manager (Julio) in the Miami Gardens office and we spoke about my 1st issue and he said he would take care of it.

6 months later i still don’t have the referral for the CT.

I went in recently for a follow up spoke to someone in the Miramar office for a follow up and advised her about the CT she said she would take care of it. Still waiting for a call.

Saw a PA this time and this guy just disregarded everything I told him and just proceeded to dismiss me and my symptoms!

I have reached out to Brenda & Mari in the Miramar office via email. No one has responded.

The last issue I had was that I called and asked for a preventive care prescription to get a preventative procedure done and the PA told me he could not give me the prescription! Makes no sense when clearly I have family history and I’m taking preventative measures! Yet I have friends that have other doctors and they all got it.

Oh and wait! The worst part is I know someone that goes to the same office and got the prescription! makes no sense.

At this point I guess they don’t care about patient care nor losing 2 patients!

I really tried to reach out before writing this review but hand no luck!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They have held my lab results hostage until I chased them down and once I finally received them. The doctor refuses to speak to me and translate what is going on with me. Now they’re trying to set me up for another visit just to charge me again instead of initially communicating what exactly is wrong with me. I’ve been in pain and they’ve neglected my care and health and represent the exact opposite of what healthcare should be about. It’s a shame that now I have to find a new primary doctor just to be able to know what is going on with me and why.

I highly recommend this group of Medical Professionals. They were and are there for me since my 30 year life partner passed away. Agree with others, service is terrible. The medical assistant want to believe they are doctors when convenient for them. Dr's schedule procedures, knowing your allergy history and provide 0 medications for the allergy.... and then do not understand why procedure not done... well I don't want to die... and the medical assistants cant do their job and help bridge communication with doctors.

We have been seeing Dr Sanchez for 15 years, and he's EXCELLENT in care and attention to details. His caring beside manners and excellent nurse Odalys make everyone's day with their knowledge/care.
