After waiting 15min just to be acknowledged by the front desk staff, I waited another 30min only to be called back to the window for her to tell me my visit would have a co-pay of "between $200 to $600"!
I politely canceled; then your office has the audacity to ask me for a "review" of my visit!

My review: it was almost an hour of my life that I cannot get back!

I love when a doctor gives you good understanding of what you’re going thru. And give you options on how to help with your situation. For my first time going there. Friendly helpful and welcoming. This was my 1st visit as a new patient to the Miramar location.
Pros: clean business, nice & welcoming personality among the staff of ladies, Dr. Sowby is a ball of joy LOL when I seen her & attentive to your concerns
Cons: only has 3 locations that are further south (Miramar, Homestead, & Doral), extensive wait time, better communication when you're scheduled appt time is running delayed by more than an hour!, extensive questions to answer via the tablet in addition to the information that's requested via text!
Outside of the cons, Dr. Sowby was amazing and pleasant as a GYN! I'd be willing to do the drive to handle my visits for now.... although, the 40 minute drive is mind blowing, unfortunately due to my health insurance.
