Nelly is THE BEST midwife in South Florida! Her energy is amazing and she truly makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We all know how awkward and straight up cold many OBGYNs can be and I will say, working with Nelly is a breath of fresh air! A stark difference from what you normally get from healthcare providers in the industry. I’ve been a patient of both OB’s and midwives in the past. My first child was born at home (planned) with midwives. This was in another city so I could not return to them. When I got pregnant again last year I went on a search for the best and I’m blessed to have had the experience I did with Nelly as my midwife. She doesn’t do home birth but she made my experience with the hospital much better! When I felt like nothing was going right at the hospital, she walked in and immediately you could feel the energy in the room shift. She took command and she was exactly who I needed with me in the very crucial moment of birthing my baby. I HIGHLY recommend you work with Nelly. Truly, you are in good hands with her! You can tell when you meet her and speak with her that she LOVES her job and doesn’t do it just for a paycheck.

I’m not an established patient, however, I had the best experience with a man over the phone. I wish I remembered his name, but never have I ever experienced such a comforting and helpful call from a front desk agent. As I was in search of a new obstetrician that will take my insurance, he helped me find the best route. If the doctors have the same enthusiasm, patience, and understanding as he did over the phone, then this facility is the way to go! It’s not often you call as a new patient and get serviced with 100% quality.
