The doctor I was seeing left this office so I asked to make an appointment with a different doctor and they told me their other doctors weren't taking new patients. I'm not a new patient. I'm one of your current patients that you kicked to the curb. I think you can do better by people than that.

My doctor switched offices in the practice and was fine with going to new office but I was dropped as a patient on the day of my appointment with no reason or notice to be able to find another Dr to get my medication refilled. I do not recommend, and feel like I was abandoned for no reason at all.

New patient appointment- 3:30 in the afternoon. I took off work to be able to come. As I check in, I’m told the Dr. will not see me until I had fasting labs- “have you eaten today” ?. No phone call or anything in the check in process to tell me I needed fasting labs. Left and was told to come back in the morning which means taking off work AGAIN.

Front desk staff needs more customer service skills.
I was told my daughter was 5 min late for a new patient appointment therefore they had to reschedule. Mind you, they called and changed her appointment for a different time so if we were accommodating enough to work with them but wouldn’t see my 19yr old who trying to get established with this group a 5 min grace period then this isn’t a great fit for us.
We personally asked for Dr Parks but was r/s for the NP ?

This office and the staff are so good! I love Dr. Parks! She comes in ready to listen to your concerns. She does not brush you off and her bed side manner makes it all worth it for me and my husband. I highly recommend this office!!!

I have much respect for my doctor, Dr. Chrystal Parks and her team.
She is so polite and caring and listens to me. She doesn’t treat me like I am part of an assembly line.. Her team are always respectful and polite.

The Dr.Crystal Parks and staff are truly amazing. Dr. Parks listen to every medical situation you explain to her and she get down to the problem. I can honestly say to her and her medical assistant I feel extremely better . Thank you!!!!
