When I was given the appointment I was told I had one technician and then when I got there I was told I had a different technician! The person I got was very good! Very patient! Friendly! Personable! And all of this contributed to easing my sadness at having to use this machine!

I’m absolutely furious how this is an issue two years later. I moved from Tallahassee and was assured despite my move that everything was ok because of Aerocare servicing Florida. Tell me why despite confirming my address multiple times, Desloge proceeds to bill my old address which has since stopped forwarding my mail because it’s been two years and all my supplies and insurance info come to my new address. Rather than call to see maybe there’s a mistake since she’s paid in the past, they sent my account to collections where I for the first time find out I have an outstanding bill. When I inquire further on carcebtrix’s website, I see my old address is being use by Desloge and that’s the address they’re sending to the billing company despite when I order supplies I’m constantly confirming my new address. This is sheer incompetence.

Their communication is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been trying to enroll with them for several months now. So much time wasted waiting on hold or reaching only voicemail (during business hours). They’ve promised many follow-up calls that never happened and apparently lost my information. Incredibly unprofessional.
