I was admitted through the emergency room and eventually put into a room on the second Floor. I was there from Sunday afternoon until Tuesday and I received some of the best care I have ever received. The staff was amazing and anticipated my ever need. I could not have asked for a better place to have to be.

Very good medical center. Dr. Gonzalez Perez is knowledgeable, easily accessible and understanding. Alexis, her assistant, is an angel. She is kind, efficient, caring. She follows through on everything!! She is a true asset to the practice! My experience with the doctors, Alexis and the staff has been A++.

Arrived to my appointment to find out my insurance has a balance. Either I paid for it or they couldn’t see me. When I made the appointment this was not told. I asked the lady in the front why wasn’t this told to me when I made the appointment. She literally stop making eye contact with me. Just wanted time and gas. Don’t waste your time with this office!

The hospital Star Medicia , in Merida yucatan rejected Lakeside for our emergency care , said “Hospital not having bills paid”,by company . I spoke to representatives twice while in Emergency and at the end we had to pay bill. Still waiting on someone to call me with explanation.

Dr. Jansen is great but she needs a new staff. I have been waiting for 7 months to see a provider for assistance. Twice, I have shown up to my appt. on time to be told that my appointment was cancelled and they tried to call me (which I fail to believe as both times I received a reminder call). Then today, after waiting 2 more months, I receive a call today stating the doctor needs to leave early and my appointment is cancelled. I explained to the personnel on the phone that I am having major health issues and I've been patiently waiting. She didn't even try to reschedule me or anything. I love Dr. Jansen but I love myself more.

Been going here for a couple of years. It's ok... my bloodwork sat on the Dr's desk for 2 weeks, needed to be faxed to my surgeon for my surgery in 3 days! I had to physically go to the office to tell them to fax it after the surgeons office called them 3x to send it! Do your job!!!!
High rate of Dr turnover, see a different one everytime. Won't be returning.

Went to Lakeside in November of 2016, and yes the wait time was absurd, but Dr. Jansen was very accommodating of the routine bloodwork I needed done for school immunization documents. Since then I have received 7 bills in the mail and have been calling their billing department to speak with Janella. I have not even received one single follow up phone call after being promised she would call me back numerous times. I would really not recommend this office. Although the physicians might be okay the administrative staff is horrific and makes the entire experience unorganized and not worth while, especially when there are countless other facilities who can do the job right. Hate that I even gave them a chance.

I saw the PA, Chelsey Perez. She was very attentive to my needs and was very thorough.
In todays world everything is a rush, but not this office they treat you like family.
My experience was very positive.
