Good evening I am writing this review to not recommend anyone to send their children to this facility to get help. For starters, the staff doesn’t communicate with you if you have any questions or concerns or comments. You can call them and leave messages but they never ever call back and they don’t respond when you send emails. The staff weren’t so friendly when we would call to check on our child to see how her progress was going. They also wouldn’t let any of her family members visit or call our child since they lived closer to the area. They were inconsiderate to the fact that we are 5 and a half hours away. Only the child can call you but we can’t call our child and if the child doesn’t call then we wouldn’t hear from her. I feel as though they had favorites when it comes to their patients and if an incident happened we wouldn’t hear about it until hours later. I understand you get busy and have things to do but if something happens we would like to be informed just like we would inform them of any information. I don’t recommend this place and never will.

Horrible and abusive place. Was there for 8 months, longer than anyone else, because my therapist was holding me back. Only got released when the old therapists left and new ones came. People that got there after me left before me. They have favoritism and they four point/sedate people that sleep in, cry, or don't eat. I only changed because I convinced myself that I NEVER wanted to come back here. Only good staff were Manny, Maritza, John, Miss. Pie and Sandraletta.

that place was traumatizing. they holded me back from leaving because a other patient lied to them saying i did something. did not let me change my room from my roommate which was disgusting. i don’t recommend this place for anyone. the only good staff there is john, manny, tierra, britney, eveling, alex, and joyce. some staff there will neglect you and they have favoritism. which is un fair. and they need they're roof fixed. (again). it changed me so i never go back there again.i was there for 8 months.

I'm mentally scarred by my 8 month stay from March-October of 2008 that place was literally hell on Earth for me the neglect and abuse was unimaginable. It's been 8 years since I was there and to this day I have nightmares about being there and wake up terrified thinking I'm back there again. If I could sue someone for the trauma I endured during my stay I would in a heartbeat.

I was there for 9 months, beaten up by some staff and kids in there when I was 17. I'm now 21, still traumatized to this day, I'm scared to face the world and have no friends I because don't want to meet anyone. Only thing good that came out to this was my music career thanks to alexander star and Mr. flecher
