This is the worst company I have every dealt with in my entire life!!! They are so unorganized and lie just to get you off the phone. If they say someone like a supervisor will call you back good luck! I placed an order 5 weeks ago for my special needs son and still have yet to receive it. Within those 5 weeks I have called practically everyday and someone always has a different answer for me. If you do have to deal with these idiots and they are not getting things done make sure to call your insurance company and complain. The insurance company contacts them to speed up the process. I have tried to call the corporate office but only get a answering machine. Not shocked at all by that! They most likely get so many complaints they can't keep up and just send all calls to an answering machine.

I called to try and return a CPAP machine that my late aunt was using. The girl who answered the call would not stop her spiel and let me talk. Guess who isn't getting their equipment back?

They called me on Thursday and told me that they were on there way to drop off the equipment. So I told they ok no problem, I dropped everything that I was doing to get home and then they never came. The next day I called (was on hold for 2 hours) and I asked them what was going on. They told me the driver was running late and could not make it to my house so they would be out today (Friday) to drop it off. Well I stayed home all day Friday because I could not get them back on the phone. Friday came and went still did not come. Saturday I called and got someone after 30 mins and they said that they will be out to drop it off. They never came! And we all know that they were closed on Sunday. Now it is Monday called for the 2nd time today and the phone line tells me to call back during normal house. So I like what the hell 9:00 is not normal house. News flash guys we are not on crack head time! Needless to say still do not have the item and can not get though on the phone all I can say is to stay away from them and go with someone else. I will keep trying to call thought out the day and I will post what happens!

Univita Health, as any big company can tell you, has a primary and main obligation to delivery profits to it's shareholders. They couldn't care less about their patients. I've been trying for about 20 days now just to get a rep on the line. No avail. Called AVMED asking for a different supplies company. No, that's it. You're stuck. Corporate America knows how to play this game. You'll always get the short end of the stick ... My advice to you: don't get sick.

Thank you for timely delivery of my medical equipment. My wheelchair, walker, and medicine arrived faster than I thought it would. I wish everybody was like this.
