Christina Forsberg is my primary OT helping me recover maximum use of my left thumb that was broken and crushed. She is adept at asking more of me with each appointment. The rehabilitation activities she suggests push me harder towards greater mobility. My thumb has increased its range of motion a great deal in just two weeks of OT therapy.

Christina also has a kind, compassionate, and welcoming personality.

The office is pretty small and it always feels crowded from the moment you check in. Each therapist is working with 2 people at the same time, so there are times where there may be 8 people in one open room. There is no sense of privacy, everyone hears your health history, pains, concerns and sees you exercise just 3 feet from you.
I went in for shoulder pain that was bothersome but not unbearable pain but I wanted to address it.
The therapist I had was very nice, but unfortunately, because he had 2 patients to take care of at the same time, I did not receive the quality of care that I needed. He would give me the exercises and then step away to treat the other patient without knowing if I was doing it right, watching my form or any type of feedback. That day I walked out of there with soo much pain. I could not move my arm at all for 3 days after that session. I 100% think we over did it with the exercises or my form was wrong causing me more pain and potentially damage something further. I have a toddler that is well behaved and sits and watches his tablet during my appointments. I brought him with me at that visit and he did great. Today I had an appointment and upon checking in they tell me my son cannot be there. I have no childcare so this complicates things. They said this was their policy because it was dangerous. I wish they had shared that information with me before to make prior arrangements and not waste my time driving there just to be dismissed. Overall not a good experience. I have way more pain now than when I started. This set me back tremendously. They may have wonderful therapists, but the way it is ran is overwhelming.

My physical therapist Donnell made it really fun. She was very friendly and uplifting spirits. I enjoyed the whole environment of the facility. I do look forward to going to my sessions. And the staff is very, very friendly.

Select PT has been my provider for PT services for the past 10 years. I was helped after rotator cuff surgery in 2016 and now i am receiving treatment for the other shoulder. I appreciate their keeping to a schedule so i am not waiting very long, the friendliness, and especially the skill of the therapists. I recommend Select PT.
