I was referred to Dr. Floyd by a very good friend of mine. It took me several weeks to make an appointment.. No one ever answered the phone when I called.. My first appointment, I had to cancel and reschedule due to car issues. Again, I could not get a hold of anybody via the phone or online. I had an appointment today, was told it was at 10:35. I had called and sent emails to confirm, no one responded. It took me some time to find Dr. Floyd’s office but when I did, the blonde receptionist told me that my appointment was at 10am and there was no way they could reschedule me or see me ever again. I explained to her that I had a Pap smear at 8:30 AM this morning at womankind that I knew my appointment was not at 10 o’clock and that nobody confirmed my appointment for 10:30. I had my four-year-old son and my special needs nephew with me, I walked into the office at exactly 10:16 AM and the woman was so rude to me, I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life ... Dr Floyd must be raking in the dollars to treat her patients this way. I took the whole day off and my son out of school to make this appointment and this is how I am treated. My time is worth money also. As a healthcare provider, Dr. Floyd should be ashamed of treating her patients this way. Do youself a favor, GO ANYWHERE but Dr. Floyd’s office. Totally unacceptable.....

Safest and most caring doctor ever. I've never considered having a doctor until I came across her. She has her patients and herself wear 😷 masks which makes me realize that she cares about her own health and her patients health.

RIP OFF! RIP OFF! Despite coming recommended by a good friend, I called to make an appointment. I explained my whole situation the the girl that answered. I was assured that the doctor could assist me. I asked again, gave all the details, again I was assured I would be able to handle my situation. I went in, filled out all the paperwork, got called back, listened to the doctor tell me stories about the hurricane for 20 minutes, was then told she couldn't help me and have a nice day. This is all fine except I was assured I would be helped and she charged me $160.00. for nothing but a 20 minute story time and a suggestion to go to Miami. Very friendly, but I can get friendly for free. How do you justify $160 for NOTHING but stories. Jesus!

I wish I could give 10 stars***... Being under the treatment of Dr. Floyd (without being on narcotics) and her physical therapist (Lori & Gina) made me have the best quality of life that I haven’t been able to duplicate! I miss you all, but my body misses y’all most! Thank you for all of the training that I still use today! I just wish I could find someone like you all where I live now! They operate in excellence! I sometime consider flying back just to get a treatment from Lori! #BestInKeyWest
