I got a letter in the mail today claiming that a housing manager spoke with them which they denied doing. My notice claimed I was denied housing due to refusal of treatment.

Now that case that was closed years ago has to be reopened by my attorney because something aint right here and it seems to be pointing at the bubba system, in the letter it says I smoked weed and like everyone knows I don't smoke then again CPS claimed I have no friends and that's sick and alarming man, and if we can't do anything of it i'mma have to pack bags again and leave because most people here get away with things a mother would slap them for.

I fell on some hard times, and became a slave to the drink. The staff here at GCC welcomed me with open arms and embraced me in my time of need. They were all very helpful and genuinely concerned about my detox and recovery. I was supplied with a comfortable bed in a dorm room, a hot shower, and three daily meals, along with necessary medication to mitigate withdrawal symptoms and a daily consultation with a doctor. They also encouraged all of us to attend AA meetings held in the facility, and offered advice on where to go after my departure. This place was a godsend for me!

The doctor here is Excellent BUT The receptionist needs replaced! Donna took it upon herself to CANCEL my husband's appointment when he called to ask if he Might be able to reschedule because he was having trouble aquiring transportation. When she told him if he missed today's appointment the doctor would likely drop him, the conversation was over. She NEVER SAID, Call back and Confirm. So I got him a bus and came with him Only to get here and find out that SHE GAVE HIS APPOINTMENT AWAY. SHE CANCELLED HIM ON HER OWN BEHALF! What Kind of Unprofessional Poor excuse of a Doctor's Receptionist Does That!!! TO TELL A PATIENT THEY CAN'T MISS THE APPOINTMENT THAN CANCEL IT ON HIM!!!

Horrible terrible experience , I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Nor feed my dog the food they serve patients that are paying 600$ a day for. No Maintenance worker on site at all. One old lady that “cleans” maybe twice a week. Only one bathroom was working for around 10 men and women.. staff falling asleep behind the restricted area for staff while working night shift. Covering themselves with a blanket and everything. This place is shameful and should be shut down.

Doctors here must be underpaid bc they don't care at all about patients. Never met a staff so uninformed about their specialty. They do not inform patients about their condition or the medication forced down their throats. Very dingy, dirty, outdated facility. The food is worse than prison.

They don’t ask for previous medical records and lied on my paperwork, and their bathrooms are disgusting and the water is freezing cold. They kept me in their care without feeding me while they all ate infront of me.

Terrible place. I went there for 3 years and then the doctor retired. The new doctor has no idea what he is doing. I told him my medicine wasn't working and I admitted myself to in-patient, where he put me back on the same dang medication...

I traveled from N.H my sister is a resident with mental illness. This place wouldn't help me AT ALL! She was in there care but they wouldn't even give me a Avenue to follow! Lady took my number tgats it!!
