The management and crew at this location — should be very proud of themselves! I often stop in for breakfast or dinner, and every time the store is clean, stocked & presentable. Not to mention — the cooked food is always SOOOO GOOOD!! People are sleeping on Key Foods kitchen! 10/10 never disappointed. This store is a gem.

PS - The Morning crew is a group of some very amazing, kind people. Thanks for always being helpful and patient with me.

We ordered two dozen Empanadas with chicken and we didn’t get any chicken in them and they were not even close to being full with cheese. My Wife went in to speak to the manager a couple days later and they did not care and treated her horribly. Do not ever order catering from there. They are rude and when they make mistakes they do not own up to them. We even showed them a picture of the empanada and the inside of them. The manager shrugged his shoulders and didn’t give a crap. Said if you don’t have any to show proof they don’t care. Very very disappointed. Maybe they should be like Publix and own there mistakes. We paid over $40 for two dozen and they were shot and not made right. Very very sad! Please do not order catering from them. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

An excellent Spanish/Caribbean food market. These guys have all of the traditional food items one would expect of shopping in the Caribbean. The produce is always fresh and their meats are good as well. They also have a prepared food counter and a small bakery.

Enjoyed finding this place while RVing in FL. The prices are reasonable, the produce and meats look fresh. The place is clean and well stocked. They sale Latin food already made. Good food. I had the white rice and bean rice, tripe and my husband had the chicken. All good stuff. Great supermarket to get most Latin goodies/foodies.

I’ve been shopping at this location for about 5 years now and the customer service is so bad. The women employees specifically are racist. I speak Spanish but since I’m dark skinned no one thinks I speak Spanish and I do and when I went the the self check out one of the employees told the others ones to come stand behind me and watch me very aggressively which the girl did. She stood behind me with her arms crossed with an attitude and when I asked her if she was okay she then stepped back. This isn’t my first time experiencing this here and I will not be back. It’s a shame because I like the products and I live in clermont but there are other stores.

I’m truly sorry to share my experience with this supermarket’s manager and some employees.
I’ve been a loyal customer from Clermont store. Shame on them! I bought some produce once skinned noticed not good to be consumed and decided to return it and get a good one in exchange. They deducted $1.51 since I left the bad skin in the trash!
Just because of that policy stated by the manager had no choice but to go back home for the garbage in order to get my full refund!

I feel at home with this store! They were very welcoming with our service dog on the job! I’m excited we have this gem near home! And I finally have a place where I can get my birthday flan! 🍮 ❤️

I encountered several rude employees. Service and kindness apparently not the norm here. Also, they must have freezer issues because all the frozen foods I bought were freezer burned. Because of the service level I’m not even going to attempt to take any back. The frozen spinach (Pictsweet brand) was brown and smelled like a hayfield. I cannot recommend to anyone to shop here.
