The name and advertising is very misleading. I needed an urgent care. Walked in at opening to see a lobby full of people with appointments. They are not an urgent care and could not see me. Thankfully the Nurse's Station took me right away, diagnosed and called in my prescriptions. Please change your Google ads and sign so as not to misleading newcomers.

I just completed my first visit with Dr, Keifer, and the entire experience was great. I completed all of my paperwork online before the appointment, so when I arrived, there was NO PAPERWORK. That may be the first time that's ever happened witn any healthcare provider I've seen. I waited only a couple of minutes to be seen, and Dr. Keifer took the time to really understand my issue, and we actually discussed it, in a very unhurried and personal way. When I checked out, the office team were also great - quick and efficient, but extremely friendly. I have found my new doctor's office!

We signed up for Dr. Keifer’s concierge services in the summer of 2022. He did some initial blood work on me and found my cholesterol was high. After a brief discussion we decided to wait on medication and see if I could lower it by increasing exercise and changing diet. Dr. Kiefer said he would recheck in 3 months. After 3 months I reached out to him to see about rechecking the blood work. He didn’t respond to me regarding scheduling it either before or after Christmas. My wife had to call him to discuss her own test results and she reminded him my blood work needed to be redone. He told her he would call the next day to schedule, he never did. After 2 days my wife reached out to him again and again he said he would call. Once again he did not. This time in a professional and respectful way (my wife and I both work in health care, she as a provider and I as a consultant) my wife emailed him and expressed disappointment that he again failed to schedule my follow up blood work and reminded him I was at a higher risk for stroke. He responded that he had been “busy” (keep in mind we are paying him a monthly fee) and that we should find another provider. So he basically fired us for being called out on not following through or delivering on his service promise. We were left scrambling to find a new provider and astounded by his lack of concern or care. There is a reason he has the review functionality on his Facebook page disabled. We might as well have flushed 6 months of “concierge” fees down the toilet.

The staff is polite and informative. The primary physician, Dr. Grider, is always in a good mood and eager to help. He will go the extra mile to work with his patients to get the care they need. Appointments are pretty easy to make without waiting weeks to get in.

Not a facility for walk-in care unless you are already their patient. My husband wanted to have his back checked out and they said they are not accepting new patients. Might be a nice place if you are already under their care...but then I guess you wouldn't be reading reviews 🙃
